As a 22 year old Gen Z-er myself. This is absolutely pathetic!! I’ve worked many types of jobs and I’m currently an Amazon delivery driver based out of Carle Place NY. I’ve had many job interviews and it wasn’t even a THOUGHT in my mind to have a PARENT with me for the interview whether it was in person or on a zoom call. Most of Gen Z-ers are adults by now, so guess what? IT’S TIME TO PRESENT YOURSELF AS AN ADULT!! Your mommy and daddy won’t be there to support you every step of the way!! You need to learn to fend for yourself!!

I graduated with my college degree at 35 during he pandemic when it started. this makes me wish i would have either never went to college or graduated by 10 years earlier in 2010.

The blatant sexism caught me by surprise there.
