I believe you're right. Suhaila did an equally beautiful interpretaion of this, using classic Jamila Salimpour moves. And also Jill Parker did a gorgeous interpretation of this , on the Evolution DVD, I think.
@bugwitch Listened to both, and they sound the same. Upper Egypt Ensemble have similarities in their music, even though the titles may be different. Just like Solace, who have two different versions of Cybelle, but the patterns are basically the same. Been dancing to Upper Egypt Ensemble and Solace for years, and I love everything that they make.
I was at this show...and ive seen them up close on different occasions and i can assure you that they are petite...camera here makes them appear way heavier than they are
