For those who don't know: this is accessibility setting for people with low vision / near blindness (maybe even full blindness). Usually, blind people use computer with "screen reader" software (Macs have preinstalled software called "VoiceOver"), it tells every single thing you do on the screen and full blind people don't use mouse, mostly use keyboard or other accessory made for disabled people. People with low vision might use mouse, because they can see least a little bit. Source: done some website accessibility years ago.

This might be first videogame to have a voiceover feature, that's cool. And news to me, same "Narrator" feature is in the Windows 10 too. Back in the day when I did website accessibility stuff, there wasn't decent free software. One of the good software back in the day was JAWS, commercial software that costs up to thousands I think (but there was a free trial).
