Love the informative series you guys do with this. Good stuff.
dang i have those same exact gloves
There is also some good XC trails outside the park, they are not well marked but are on Trailforks and MTB Project. There is some camping just outside of Eagles Nest (6 miles north of Anglefire) along highway 64, I think is was $10.00 a night. I spent a weekend there last summer but wished I would have stayed longer.
Dang. Didnt know hwy 64 went that far east lol
Definitely would like to check this place out! Great video!
My first and favorite bike park!
Definitely one of the best videos Bryce has done ATOM! 🤙🏼🤙🏼
Headed up there in June. Can't wait.
Headed there for the first time in September woo!
Thanks for featuring! Moved to Texas after living within a couple hours of Northstar California. Been missing the mountains (though trails here are good as well). Wasn't sure if the trip to Angel Fire was worth it. Now I see it is.
Check out Spider Mountain in Burnet, TX. It's only like 350ft, but it has a lift and it's the best thing we have so far for downhill inside the state. The upside to it being a small mountain is that you can ride down it like 5+ times per hour.
@@dragonuv65 Thanks. Yes I've been there and have been itching to go back. Definitely an awesome alternative to what I used to do.
"Dont bring yer liberal values!!!"- every texan you meet
Love that place !
Awesome place. Feel lucky to live so close to AF
Interview was a bit harsh sound wise, trail footage was sick though
raced there on a hardtail last year never riding there before. it was an extremely rough day
Interesting. That's not the AF I remember from 5 years ago. Guess I'll make the trek this year!!
Nice dude
Amazing 😉
I really want to work with them there! 👌
I wanna do this but like I'm too scared so I'm going to try from small to big
was the interview audio recorded on a potato?
Where is the cave pictures at 2:16 at? My son now only wants to go there
We are so laid back we pee directly on the trail not off of them lmaooooo wtffff
Yep didn't even go up the trail ,went down ,right where their headed?
Yeeeew

0:43 I hit that tree that is taking up most of the shot 😂
1:54 What’s up with the guy down the trail?
I've been in that stance many times, typically not watering the trail through. Lol
They make wireless lavaliers man... for a couple hundred dollars you could have an interview that doesn't sound like ass.
For a Pinkbike video, I would expect more for the audio quality :D
Should have gone down boulderdash
100%! But I filmed this during off hours and the trail crew was actually spread out a bit. Ended up running into one of the guys on a backhoe at the start of Pinball so we couldn't actually get on a bunch of the jumps we wanted to show.
Is that why you're riding it so slow because of the altitude?
Waiting for the audio comments.
I was the guy from Texas they we're talking about. 😄
thanks for calling out us texans haha
LOL @ dude taking a piss at 1:53
Wtf, that was it?
We just P anywhere Bra
"Texans haven't experienced gravity" my ass! And he says they are the closest venue after SM was built.
Spider mountain has like 200 feet of vert.
