@@deontecallaway4026 They could have done ALL the other sin-eating trades, in addition to the Hardaway one: Reggie Jackson and three seconds for cap space, Harrison Barnes and a tasty unprotected pick swap from the historically-stupid Kings for cap space, Ziaire Williams as a second-draft guy and a SRP for cap space, etc. Tobi does not make them better because he does not shoot enough treys: they went from a 20-win team to a 20-win team when they hired him, so there was no reason to do it. It was fucking stupid and I'm very disappointed about the whole thing.
D+ Paul Reed was okay. Fontecchio for less than expected. Tobias was only two years so it could have been worse. Maybe we can trade Beasley for another future 2,nd at the deadline.
It’s a B cause they addressed there issues if they get a backup PG it’ll go to an A

C-. Paying Tobi instead of using that cap space to collect more assets was a gratuitously stupid fuckup that will come back to haunt them.
They had the money to do both. They did what they could. What other moves specifically players, etc. could they have made?
