I was there in September for ten days and absolutely loved it! I sprained my foot a week into my trip, but still had a blast hobbling around. I can't wait to go back next August! The trip is already booked!

Great narration of info, looking to travel to Greece next year at then end of Aug and first week of Sept for 2 weeks with my husband and 16 yr old son….so many spectacular islands to choose from it is confusing!
Naxos is good because you can get to many islands in a short time form here by ferry. Paros Mykonos, Ios and Santorini within an hour or two from Naxos.

Have you been to Paros and between the two, is there a more clear choice to stay in for 4nights? Do you have to rent/book a sun bathing lounge to use the beach?
I have been to Paris. I would say you can do both because it’s so easy to Island hop. Basically 40 minutes each way. Super easy
What island would you recommend an early November for warm Sandy beach not rocky
Early November May be a bit brisk but maybe try around Crete
