Nothing to do with network, as you saw on his "tiktok" stream aswell tiktok doesnt have the permission to screenrecord so the stream is blacked aswell on tiktok, without him knowing obviously

I’d say if u go live on twitch from ur ps5 and then broadcast from TikTok and just click on twitch it would work but u might have an echo since it’s picking up ur mic from ur ps5 and ur phone hope this helps 👍
