SLEDGE QUEEN KILLED IN LAB WITH A TIER 1 MELEE SOLO (HARDEST DW CHALLENGE SO FAR)

How to beat this challenge:
You will first need to devide this into 3 parts
1. Getting the Keycard consistently
Get a melee and enter the little basement after grabbing the dagger from the ship on mountain. Use the drifter ability and press F again after having entered, parry the 2 cultists down there and grab the card. KEEP A LITTLE BIT OF DISTANCE WHEN YOU DO THIS, because of the lag spike they may sometimes hit without showing the animation. Either run if they cant reach you or parry again. Slight chance of an mcx raider locking on you once you get out, you can't do much about that except maybe shove it. For any melee raiders just parry them and leave.
2. The Lure and waiting in lab till all cultists are dead
For the lure, she may sometimes get stuck behind one of the little box things on the ground, if that happens just pray that once she jumps she doesnt get flung from the red container and shove her longshot once she kills the holo.
Now this is the most RNG part, once the ground is safe and SQ has locked on other cultists go down and get crates in hopes of finding an i4s or any other healing. If she isn't jumping on any cultists you're gonna have to take a huge risks and use the Drifter ability in the air to get SQ to jump on the cultists. Once all of them are killed you will have to get close to her AFTER HER JUMP HAS RECHARGED otherwise you will be longshot most likely.
Due to entity lag she might hit you even if you're standing far away from it.
3. The Fight
This is where you will lose most of your attempts if you try this. Most likely you'll be fighting on 180-200 ms no matter how good your internet might be.
Now for entity lag... You're going to suffer. She will sometimes even run away from you or get flung because your Hurtbox is projected forward, that's kind of how entity lag works. You cannot stand idle during fighting her like this because of the longshot, she isn't standing still so it will trigger no matter what. At one point the m249 guards will enter the lab, you need to lure her away from them whilst fighting, however dont go too far because she will arbiter jump and deal 50 dmg which is almost inevitable. Now, if the Raiders enter that's game over, you cannot do anything about that. ALSO DONT GO DOWN THE STAIRCASE BECAUSE CULTISTS WILL START COMING UP.
Do all of this with insane rng, skill, pain and suffering and you might get it. My most dmg I've dealt was 912 in the run where the raiders came down, here it was something like 700 because SQ killed the cultists with her longshot, you cant really prevent or trigger that on purpose.

How do you know if she's gonna use the shotgun blast when you're right in front of her

Kinda correct, use the SQ to distract some of the enemies so you can proceed to go Send the Signal and/or Obtain Gas Masks.
@@SkoupezeIf you are in a team, maybe. Otherwise, good luck getting back out of the lab with her still present. Not viable as a solo lab strat because you have to actually leave the lab alive, even if you were to manage that literally every raider is waiting just out the door.

How do you indicate the shotgun blast when you're in front of her
The longshot is timed and the shortshell is reaction times along with counting the cooldown
i understand the ~5 parry rule for sledge queen's longshot but i dont understand the shortshot. is the shortshot completely random or is there some kind of separate timer from the longshot?
It's pretty much the most confusing mechanic. The very first time she will do it it's random and you have to just react fast. After that it has a cooldown similar to the longshot. However she will NOT ALWAYS do it right after it's recharged and you'll most likely need to react to it again.

i always wondered if you could just lure SQ to lab, get her to fight cultists while you go and grab armory and gas masks and then die to sq on purpose [you would of probably died if ur doing it like a team and not solo] for evac

The amount of coordination needed to pull that off is gargantuan, but it's possible.

we tried for like 2 days straight if I remember correctly, simply impossible to get her there with the amount of entity lag (it's literally unpreventable we killed everything)

Hey, just wanted to ask if you could give a few tips on solo'ing sq with melee. I've been seeing that you have sudden movements when dealing with her. Do you got anything you could say about that? It's really hard to explain but it's like it keeps preventing you on getting easily hit.
If we ignore this specific video because of entity lag, you wanna move when she shellshots, because she recovers faster than when you can attack again. However don't run away when you shove het shortshell during a double shellshot.
