You said time, but not heat temp. I have the same press
I set mine at 390 for 90 seconds. Kydex comes out at 370. You want to check it with a laser heat gun. Not all presses are the same

Have you played around with putting some kind of retention piece on the inside so cards won’t fall out?
I keep a corner tab on top. Prevents them from falling out

Where did you get the mold made at?
Honestly I don’t remember. But it would be very simple to build one out of wood. Now there’s an idea for a video 🤔

I drilled a hole into my workbench then ran my vacuum line under my table. Needs to be a smooth surface to work
what company makes that mold and jig
