I have a tip for spelling. Thats actually what we learn in first grades of primary school in poland. We know it is confusing when you hear "pokasz" but its spelled "pokaż" etc. but there is a trick to always get that right. There are sounds such as ż and rz that in the past used to make slightly different sound but now they sound the same. Since they have different origin they change into a letter they're derived from in other forms. Thus you can simply look at their another form so ż is replaced by z as in:
    "pokaż" → "pokazać" (infinitive form),
but g is replaced with ż or dz so:
    "uwaga" → "uważać" (infinitive form)
"Droga" (road) → "na drodze" (on the road)
Sz becomes ch and vice versa but never h so"
"Duch" (ghost) → "duszek" (little ghost)
Rz becomes r and its perfectly seen in feminine names of occupations such as:
"Lekarz" (doctor) → "lekarka" (female doctor)
So this is what we learn in primary school to spell correctly hence i thought you might find it helpful.

RUclips randomly recommended me your channel, but so far I'm really enjoying the content. If you encounter something that you don't understand or something surprises you, make sure to ask, because I'm sure a lot of natives will give you answers or at the very least some tips. I think that sometimes you are surprised that when translating sentences from English to Polish more than one version is correct. That's mostly because in English "you" can mean a single person, or the group, depending on the context, but in Polish we differentiate these two. "You" when addressing a single person is "Ty", but when you address the group it's "Wy" and the verb has also different conjugation depending on which one you mean. For example a sentence like "Do you see this dog?" can be translated to either "Widzisz tego psa?" or "Widzicie tego psa?". First one is for single person and second when you talk to multiple people. Hope that helps.

@Filip_Filipus Probably it will take at least 5 years. My goal this year is just to be able to speak and understand someone with confidence
