In this video, we're thrilled to share the remarkable story of Shashwat Agrawal, who achieved an impressive rank of 121 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2023.
Shashwat's journey is one of determination and resilience. From a young age, he dreamt of serving the nation through the civil services. Despite facing many challenges and feeling overwhelmed at times, Shashwat never gave up. Even during college, amidst all the pressures, he stayed active in various college groups, which helped him grow as a leader and gain valuable experience.
But Shashwat didn't stop there. He wanted to understand how the government works, so he joined different organizations and interned with the Government of India and the Government of NCT of Delhi. These experiences gave him firsthand knowledge of governance and administration.
After college, Shashwat decided to get some work experience before fully focusing on the UPSC exam. He got selected for a Legislative Fellowship, where he learned about legislative research and policymaking.
Through his journey, Shashwat wants to inspire others facing tough times. He believes that with determination, anyone can achieve their goals, just like he did in clearing the UPSC exam.

लेकिन शाश्वत यहाँ रुका नहीं। उन्हें सरकार का काम कैसे काम करता है समझना था, इसलिए उन्होंने विभिन्न संगठनों में शामिल हो गए और भारत सरकार और NCT of Delhi के साथ Internship की। ये अनुभव उन्हें प्रशासन और प्रशासन के बारे में पहले हाथ का ज्ञान प्राप्त करने में मदद की।
कॉलेज के बाद, शाश्वत ने पूरी तरह से UPSC परीक्षा पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने से पहले कुछ काम का अनुभव प्राप्त करने का निर्णय लिया। उन्हें एक विधायिका स्नातकता के लिए चयनित किया गया, जहां उन्होंने विधायिका अनुसंधान और नीति निर्माण के बारे में सीखा।
अपने सफर के माध्यम से, शाश्वत दूसरों को कठिन समयों का सामना कर रहे व्यक्तियों को प्रेरित करना चाहते हैं। उन्हें विश्वास है कि संकल्प से कोई भी अपने लक्ष्यों को हासिल कर सकता है, जैसा कि उन्होंने यूपीएससी परीक्षा को साफ करने में किया।
