@@fileep131 5 L barrel. Took approx. 6.5 bottles to fill it. And finished for 4 weeks. I taste tested beginning at week 2 to make sure I got the flavor profile I wanted. And I think I hit it just right (for my personal preference). If you choose to go longer, you'd probably be okay at 5 weeks (MAYBE 6, but I'd be very cautious). I've been wanting to do this. How big of a barrel and how long did you let it mature.
