As for not helping, it's a duel between Luffy and Krieg, can't interfere, even if they could. We saw that mindset earlier with Mihawk and Zoro.

I’ve had broken ribs too. seriously no joke. I was about 5 and the pain from that lasted well into my mid 20’s. left side at the font) and when i was 20 and 7 months pregnant i got broken ribs when i fell into a cross post on a gate. broke three ribs left side again but at the back. carrying a child with broken ribs was a nightmare😂 I had to learn to cough and sneeze and laugh and cry, just everything i had to learn how to do that without hurting myself. oh, it sucked. I flinch every time i watch sanji in this episode. like damn😂
