It's concerning that commentators did not address this issue, not even in Biniam's interview. This oversight is unfair. Sports analysts have a responsibility to ensure the safety of all riders. Negligent actions should be called out to prevent potential injuries. Ensuring fair and safe racing conditions should be a priority for everyone involved in the sport.
The intermediate sprint had the road narrowing because of the barriers. Bini wanted to try and go around on the right, but the barriers were suddenly blocking that lane on the right. If anything, it's the TdF's fault of suddenly putting barriers making the road one meter smaller on that side, instead of having barriers gradually narrowing the road.

The final SPRINT was clean, but the intermediate sprints were not. He is a reckless and dangerous rider who cannot hold his line. He is going to end up killing one of the other sprinters if they don’t stop this behavior.‼️‼️
