Adam I get this and glad I’m not alone, with the “ hope your not looking at another bike” statements from her who must be obeyed. 😂 I also blamed you for my Double Take mirrors bought in USA and tax paid to get them to Scotland plus Touratech deflector 😇🏴
@@AdamChandler86 can you even get those from bmw anymore? (the input shaft i mean), thought they're following the japanese and older model parts are being discontinued
There are some companies now making brand new shaft from scratch based on OEM specs / measurements. People are generally pretty happy with them. There are also some low mile eBay parts with good looking splines. Part of the process of restoring an old bike, I guess.
You’re not REALLY sorry and you know it! 😉
You lead a perilous existence !
Hi from South Australia, enjoy your channel and have been following you since your crash. You may need to fit a bunk bed in there soon 👍
or start hanging motorbikes from the ceiling.

You are going to enjoy those mirrors! Sorry for the tax.
dont forget to lube that input shaft!
I’m probably going to replace shaft and drive. I heard it was last lubed a decade ago.
