- In this video I go over Etrigans various appearances including The Demon Volume 1 and 2, Cosmic Odyssey and Etrigans brief appearance in Crisis on Infinite Earths. I will talk about his various story beats abilities and powers in the first of this multi part series on the classic Jack Kirby characters of Etrigan and Jason Blood.

In the comics Etrigan shows up Wonder Woman all the time lol. In a later appearance he defeated like an entire gang of magical Wonder Woman clones and stuff. Pretty weird how they chose to represent him in the movie.
What’s funny is in the JLU show she got one shotted by Kalibak lol and this guy gets his ass beat by everybody lol
@Shawn Kuhn in the JLU Kalibak was a jobber for some reason. He lost every single fight he was involved in. Even Batman tossed him around
Nah Kalibak lost badly to like early early Kyle Rayner and a Darkstar and even got knocked out by Gorilla Grodd hitting him with a rock one time, he was defeated by a weaker early Firestorm too. He is supposed to be the second strongest person on Apokolips and was at one point said to be equal in strength physically to Orion and stuff but he often gets bopped and basically never wins a fight.
Definitely a jobber lol. Wonder Woman probably still gets smoked more often though but she gets more impressive wins than him too so.

@@antonakesson raven has a very long history with her brothers one time she took etrigan's corpse into her self and raven has a lot of blood in her hands too one time she one shot all of her brothers who had the power to destroy universes and pretty sure it was belial she speed blitzed him and ripped his heart out of his chest in an elseworld raven ripped etrigan in half sentry style even in canon she's still above him tho she one time killed an army of demons 3000 in a massacre. Raven has long deadly nails and can manipulate hellfire and shoot lasers from her eyes

What do you think about death metal run currently going on
I've heard vs battle wiki (not the most credible source but whatever) say that marvel has a larger scale of a multiverse than dc, where every moment that passes in every timeline( therefore multiverse) splits into many other infinite variations of that specific moment (which can be any), therefore making its own time line. Therefore, it forms a sort of infinity^infinity type of multiverse as compared to a normal multiverse in DC. I'd like to hear your views on this.
That would be just stacking multiversal+ layers wouldn't have a higher tier. That's not even that good in scaling. And potentially you can argue that dc main Multi-verse is higher via statements of higher dimensions. Although marvel also has statements of infinite levels of exsistence. You can argue that the main marvel Multi-verse is bigger than the DC main Multi-verse but in the end dc is just bigger via higher dimensions.
Dc literally has the exact same statement for it's "multiverse" it's in my DC cosmology video.

@@eivor2881 well it was a direct statement that he was more powerful than lucifer. I don't think that counts as PIS does it? also it was due to an amp so it wouldn't be an inconsistancy. base etrigan obviously can't do that
@@eivor2881 I think it’s believable since Merlin is extremely powerful, so a boost from him, on top of a boost from the crown of horns (which is an incredibly powerful item on its own) is believable that he is above Lucifer, especially since Etrigan is already much more powerful than he usually is.
Please do Black Knight he's a very underrated marvel hero the ebony blade is OP and he's going to be in the movie eternals

How is Surtur in Dc able to kill The Spectre?
He's just that strong
Yeah what the guy over powder The Spectre on this comic is crazy,& didn't add up, just like they make Surttur bite off Spectre head off him that easy didn't make any sense. But it happen in the Dark Multiverse side so its possible that Spectre wasn't as Powerful like the main continuity Spectre.

@@lostgod2247 well we can like it that way. But remember the time when the world Forger trap the main Superman in a Empty void. And we see the other Version of the Corpses boded of Superman . Their didn't last that long there because it stated their wasn't the original a.k.a the main continuity Superman. That goes out to all the main continuity heroes and villains alike.

That like if you the main original @ Lost God would the other side from another altar universe would be the same as you are more Powerful than you? It could possibly be slas that, but that just an theory. But never 100 % guarantee. That why if you play the game of the injustice. In the storyline the main continuity Superman is stronger than the injustice Superman, and the main continuity Wonder woman is better and stronger than injustice Wonder woman. Well its separated from the continuity storyline in DC. But nevertheless the created and the one who work on the injustice Comics all agree about that. So yeah its more easier to debated about it more to debunked because there no concrete ground to pinpoint it.

You realize that if you are separating DC and Vertigo like this that "vertigo" Lucifer would be much much much weaker right? Most of the good cosmology statements are in DC publications. There isn't really any reason to separate them, I went over this in my in-depth Lucifer Morningstar series. I view them as 100% the same character to do otherwise just seems arbitrary to me. What you would even consider "vertigo Lucifer" appeared in several DC publications even when Sandman was still ongoing and his actions in Sandman are referenced in main DC titles.

Hi mate, when people say Trigon has conquered innumerable dimensions. What does the dimension stand for. I heard different answers like
1, dimension is a universe
2, dimension is its own multiverse
And when they say Trigon is pan dimensional. Doesn’t that also insert or even prove why injustice comic is canon.
Well, dimensions sort of mean both. Sometimes they're just one universe, sometimes they're actually multiverses in of themselves.
Can you also address this issue in your video. I checked every website on the internet. Every RUclips video. No one asks the question about how unprepared Trigon comes to a fight. Whenever people argue, they assume Trigon is already in his peak. But, we don’t know and we won’t be able to see if he was in his peak. Since, he just destroy things.
This is the most important question I have? I saw a comic text where Trigon says he was shaped by the evil and not created. I had the same feeling and remembered you video on pralaya.
@@Numidium_ He was shaped by evil, yeah, becoming (basically) the embodiment of it. Also, there's no reason to assume that Trigon comes unprepared to a fight, since no one's stupid enough to go and try to take him on without there being a reason for it, and if there is a reason, well, Trigon is going to expect people to show up sometime, so they probably won't surprise him. And the fact that he isn't at his peak wouldn't be a problem, since Trigon almost never utilizes his full strength anyways. As for him going to a fight, if he already knows who he's going to fight, he knows how powerful he'll need to be in order to win. If he doesn't know who he's going to fight, he can usually just find it out anyways. So the reason no one really talks about if Trigon would be unprepared for a fight is because he almost never is.

Lucifer seemed underpowered
