Okay here is the thing with Reigen. He may seem like a typical scammer, but for the most part, he gets every job done. Most of the people showing up don't actually have ghost problems, they just feel weird or maybe depressed and whatever he does fixes that. When there are actual ghosts, Mob exorcises them. People that leave his place are typically happy and he does his best to do the right thing. When that guy wanted him to curse someone, he gave him a fake one for free.
Reigan is 100% a good guy, and I love the character development that he, Mob and even the Big Bads get this season. It shows that even good people can go astray and that no one is really above redemption.
I really love season 2. We get to see the seeds planted take root and grow in all the characters. The Body Improvement Club is probably collectively the best bros anyone could have. They are such genuinely good and peaceful people. All that strength and they choose the most nonviolent means possible to support and defend Mob when he gets into these situations. Also, that scene with the ghost family really touched me. These scenes hit different now that I have a little girl. What lengths would you go to protect your family? He understood that he could amp up and cause trouble before being taken out, but he humbled himself and asked to be left in peace. Reigan also showing some incredible depth as he considers Mob as a human being, not simply a tool for quick cash. I mean, he uses him like that too, but he also tries to do good by Mob which I like.
Legit,Reigen literally could become a cop,a massager,maybe a MMA fighter because he's actually pretty good at fighting but I think his current is the best
so many reactors don't get mob's perspective... what he meant when he said if he protects the family his clients will be hurt is that if he reaches the 100% where he can't control his emotions he will stick with this emotion even if it means hurting others and that's why he questions himself what happens if he does the wrong things for the right reasons

you know I thought that Reigan's website was hella shady like them being that it looks thirty years out of date until I recently learned the fact that Japan is actually 30 years out of date with a web design.
They cut a lot of stuff from the manga about it btw, the rest of the episodes too but i especially noticed the cuts on the mogami arc to finish it in 2 episodes. I read the manga way back and noticed a lot of details left out cus they were rushing to end the season in 13 episodes

This episode is what makes me dislike the future “reigen” episodes. They completely undo the development reigen had going in favor of making him problematic in order to create that storyline. We see here clearly that he cares about mob’s personal feelings and is willing to put them above the job
of course reigen cares about mob's wellbeing the problem is reigen's inability to see mob's growth and him thinking all mob needs is reigen, not realizing that mob has built genuine relationship s around him at school
