Ritu dear... U r suffering what they call it as a "POST PARTUM DEPRESSION"... Thats why u get so OVERWHELMED and EMOTIONAL. Thyroid hormones go haywaya for some, after delivery of a baby. Get them checked. Mostly it takes 3-4 months for the hormones to be back to Normal. So get your thyroid levels checked around 3rd month from delivery. It wud be even more overwhelming once the parents go back and you guys are alone Handling the baby. Actually i am narrating my own experience here... Seeing you emotional made me remember my olden days. My boy is now 8 yrs. Now, dealing with other challenges😂
What kind of thyroid you're suffering from hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, myself suffering from hypothyroidism from last 35yrs, take dry coriander, jeera fennel tea first thing in morning and eat methi seeds sprouts salad b4r lunch will help you alot do add kalanamak in it.
