Did the Florida tour in March and went to all 3 parks on this list. Iron Gwazi and Velocicoaster are something else. But the restraints were pretty bad on Ice Breaker and I thought the ride kind of died after the top-hat. Those launches, spike and top-hat were great though. Hulk, Hagrids, Mako, Manta, Montu, Sheikra, Kumba. It was a week of coaster heaven.

If you loved that you should come up North and Hit Cedar Point, Kings Island, and top it off with Hershey Park next door in P.A, You hit Cedar Point first then drive about 2.5/3 hrs to Kings Island, then about 4.5 hrs to Hershey PA talk about an amazing trip, look up The Coasters you'll hit at those three Parks combined 🎢🎢🎢
@@huddyr1112 I used to live in the New York area, so I've been to Hersheypark many times along with Great Adventure and Dorney Park, and I even went back to Hersheypark a couple of years before COVID so I've been on every coaster there but Candymonium. I'm in the 'Skyrush is overrated' camp becuase the restraints were so tight there was no chance of getting any airtime. My next big park trip is currently planned to be back to those 3 northeast parks as well as the other Pennsylvania parks I never went to like Knoebels and Kennywood. I'd like to some day go to Ohio for Cedar Point and Kings Island, but there's only so much time and money to go around and I can only afford to do 1 a year.
I've been there in february this year, and I can agree with everything you said, except for koomba, it's too old tbh, had a really "shaky" ride, several bumps of my head in the restrains, not a nice experience tbh. And I think you forgot Cheetah Hunt, that thing was solid gold, IMO except for Iron Gwazi and Velocicoaster, it was the best.

(Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Seaworld, Aquatica, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay, Epic Universe, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Lego Land, and two Fun Spot Americas!)
Love your list. BGT is my home park and I make 3-4 visits a year and just gets better with Iron Gwazi and a cool surprise in a scream and swing ride, Serengeti Flyer. Been to all the parks on your list with exception of Six Flags Magic Mountain. Love the Kings Dominion love.
YES YES! Iron Gwazi and Velocicoster were both amazing!! I went at the end of April. The air time, the acceleration and the thrill! Definitely a must! 😊
Crazy how many people are not on the BG Williamsburg wave! Pantheon is unbelievable and the coaster lineup as a whole is quality. Always clean, high quality food. As a local to there and Kings Dominion - my money goes to BG 9/10 times
I am planning my thrilling vacation and I'm going o the best places I can except the ones I've already been to. Since mid May 2018 I've been to Cedar Point, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Alton Towers, Thorpe Park, SFMM, Knott's and Canada Wonderland. This year I'm going to Six Flags Great Adventure and Six Flags Great America. I live in Vancouver Canada and don't drive, so for me Cedar Point looks like a once every 7 year visit, since next year I plan to visit Florida for the 1st time and in 2024 I plan to visit the mainland of Europe, so I won't be due for CP until 2025; 7 years after my 1st visit.
I planned my coaster trip late last summer! It came down to a Cedar Fair road trip or a Pennsylvania road trip, and CF won out. I've booked motel rooms even already. This will be my longest vacation ever, five CF parks (Cedar Point, Dorney, Kings Dominion, Carowinds, and Kings Island) in 12 days. Gonna do PA parks (centered around Hershey) next summer. Gonna wait until I've retired from teaching to do a Florida trip.
I've hit 2 so far, Cedar Point and Kings Island, Hershey Park next month.... STeVe is running beautifully so far this season, but he is still the best Coaster in the world!!! The refurbishment of the track on Beast at K.I really has her running a bit smoother, and DiamondBack.... FORGET ABOUT IT, DB is the best B&M Hyper... FACTS💯💯💯
I was actually at Busch Gardens Tampa last September on the weekend of the Packers vs. Buccaneers game. It's unfortunate that it was the only park on this list that I was at but I am glad it was that one based on how great that place was.
As someone that grew up going to Magic Mountain, Cedar is tons better especially with the price increase for MM. Cedar is way prettier( look out at Lake Erie vs a parking lot), better food quality and Midwest friendly staff. Not to mention the quality of the rides. all around Cedar point is a better bang for your buck.
First ever visit to Six Flags St. Louis 6/4/22 and I wasn't really impressed. Ride closers after ride closers, Xcaliber has been down 2 yrs talking yo the locals, and park landscape made it appear run down. Grass hadn't been cut in weeks over by Mr. Freeze. Cedar Point 🤘🤘🤘 My home coaster park!
I love busch gardens tampa, been many times as I grew up in the area! I remember the original Gwazi, first coaster I ever rode! Also seaworld was right next door!
I've only done Six Flags New England and Knoebels so far this year, but plan on Luna Park, Nickelodeon Universe, Hershey, Kennywood, Kentucky Kingdom & Holiday World for parks I haven't been to. Probably going to be hitting up KI and Cedar Point while I'm back home.
#1 im ok with cuz im planning to go to busch garden just for the new ride Iron Gwazi look amazing but Six Flag magic Mountain is just amazing never has a visit been bad i been there 14X and planning for a 15 with wonder woman new ride. X2 and Goliath are next Level as well.
Just did the tour of Tampa and Orlando last week! Must do for any enthusiast right now. IG and VC are my number 2 and 3 rides ever now only behind steel vengeance of course haha
4 or 5 parks this year for me. Would love to visit a lot of these parks on your list but I live in Northeast WI so not the ideal place for a coaster enthusiast. Will get to them all eventually..Am hitting up Ohio though starting next week. 1 and 2. It's A Cedar Fair platinum pass trip. Kings Island ( my favorite park) and Cedar Point next week. 3. I have a Six Flags Diamond Elite membership so Six Flags Great America ( been there once this year already) and 4. I didn't get Holiwood Nights this year but still going to Holiday World in late July. Voyage is mine and my sons number 1, and the new drone show looks cool. Also I haven't ridden Hades 360 since 2015 so Mt Olympus is an honorary mention( want to ride it as an enthusiast.)
Steel Vengeances > Iron Gwazi... The elements on Iron are just okay. I rode the coaster a couple months ago and I wasn't blown away like when I rode Steel Vengeances. Somethings lacking, but I'm not too sure what it is.
Sorry To say But Top thrill Was sadly Retired And is not coming back I learned this in 2022 when we went to go ride it and it was sadly closed A few months later we checked the cedar point wiki And it was retired RIP Top Thrill Dragster:(
