    Excellent video! So, what would this stand be used for? I could see it potentially used as some type of raised light, with an oil or pitch lamp of some sort sitting at the top. But what would the basket be used for? And did you mention the overall length? I think these reproductions are a fascinating look into history.

      Not literally just that? An iron stand, for standing irons. Rather than stock on a rack, you stand your iron up in there.
