I have watched a number of your videos, over the past few weeks, and it has helped me understand & cope with the loss of my wife 2 months ago,. Of a heart attack suddenly at home. We were together 35yrs. You have come a long way, and I hope over time. My grief will get better knowing that your journey has helped me to move forward.
I am so sorry for your loss Frank. I lost my husband 7 years ago, we had been together 40 years. I just want to let you know that it really will get better in the future, time really does help. It is so hard to see a future right now I know that. Just do what you need to do for yourself at the moment and don't let anyone tell you what is the "right' thing to do or that you should be ready to move on. Everyone grieves in different ways and there is no right or wrong. Whatever makes you feel better as long as it is not hurting you is what you need to do. Please let your friends and family help and support you, they really want to it will help you and them. This group is also a very supportive so please reach out we would love to help in any way we can. Please take care.

We saw beef gelatin in wine gums. Pork gelatin in these mixed candy boxes from the gas station. Gelatin in general we avoid now. 🤢
