Great tips in this video! I have been really struggling recently when it comes to meal time and decision fatigue. Ive been thinking a lot lately about hiring a nutritionist as I feel like I need help in this area, but being a vegetarian I haven’t found any meal plans that have really worked for me. What you described in this video is exactly the service I was hoping existed out there somewhere. Any chance you can share the info for the nutritionist that you’ve been working with?

Another suggestion😂 I would have moved the fridge slightly closer to your desk and put the filing cabinet where the fridge is, it's something I find I need more and more as I age.
