I’ve just recently found you’re channel and decided to download the app. After browsing through the app I found many videos that have in depth explainers in certain poses. I’ve not found anything like this so far and I will be purchasing 1 months worth to cycle through some of those as well as trying out some of your 60 minute routines! I personally prefer the longer routines because they seem to benefit me more; those are also a bit harder to find. Good luck on this new endeavor☺️
