I spent a lot of this summer alone because I was unemployed and my partner works full-time and does other projects. I thought I would hate it, but it actually wasn’t too bad. I filmed content for social media, read and it was pretty relaxing. :)
When I was in school I used to have interests and hobbies that not many of my peers had. Now I'm kind of in the same situation again, where I feel that most of my friends are past certain interests that I can't share with them anymore and I'm slowly learning again to just be me and chill doing what I like! It's nice to have people to share your time and passions with, but it's also important to be able to spend that time on our own, with no worries or anxiety!

I so agree! I used to be nervous to walk the neighbourhood alone. I live in a beautiful area with wetlands and lots of varieties of birds. I like to take my grippy trash stick thing and pull litter out of the waterways, and I feel great on my walks now, even though I do often see strangers. I feel way more confident, just being out and about. 🤸♀
i am approximately 6 hrs late but the heat thing???? i 100% get. like the humidity mixed with 98 degree weather is HELL. but i loved the video i hope to apply some of these things to my daily life :D

There’s nothing wrong with hanging out with yourself and getting all introspective, philosophical and analytical - i get bored with others and seem to self diagnose as being narcissistic or even sociopathic as if i would even know how to see those traits. Talking allot of sh1t to myself is my specialty. I just found your channel btw and you sound like the voice in my head lol
