I met Fr Liam Kellegher in May of this year. I had planned to make a decent honest confession , having sat on sins of my youth for many years. I walked about looking for a confessor, and met Fr Kellegher, who heard my confession. He was absolutely marvellous. Because of his gift to make me feel courageous and at ease to make my confession, I am now free of those sins which burdened me for years. Fr Liam and I got chatting- he told me he has been a runner, was involved in helping to train Sonia O Sullivan, and helped train runners for the Olympics . No wonder he looks so fresh. I did NOT believe him when he told me he would be 80 this year!!! It was just great to meet you Father, and thank you from my heart for easing me into making the hardest confession I have ever made. I loved your spirit, your sense of humour, your compassion and acceptance. So pleased to have come across this video. God bless you Father.! Tom, a friendly comment i once received from a dear friend many years ago came to mind listening to father Liam talking: You're tongue will never get fat but it may get sunburn! Ha.. Blessings to both.
Tom love listening to your videos however in this location there is too much background noise with music/radio & the clatter of cups n plates. Fr. Liam has a lot of great points but unfortunately I have to strain to hear him. Thank you for bringing Medjugorie into our homes. 😊
