Wake up call for GenG. DK was on another level in game 1. They came prepared and definitely showed that they wanted to win. Always a banger when teams step up and strong teams play again each other :)

I think the rift was altered due to mountain soul and the spectator view was not updated to reflect the change in the map. If you go back and look at the map in-game. There’s a gap in the wall where he walked. Probably just a spectator bug.
JonnaStrong zooms in for a split second as well, he def noticed it too. And like the other poster said, it was due to mountain soul altering the terrain.

I love Kellin, but he’s really their weak link. They need to shore up their supp position. Showmaker-Lucid is solid, and Kingen is always good to incredible. Aiming is serviceable, though he has a bad habit of getting caught. Honestly I think if DK top side somehow merged with HLE bot side they’d be the best team in the world 😂
DK did good, but GEN G is amazing

Really don't understand why T1 pick Lucian in game 2, Azir/Ori was just so free and Faker has always looked incredible on those champions. Seems like T1 lately just refuse to play to their strengths and they have been heavily punished for it.
AP mids are really bad right now.
@@christopherneedham9584 I saw two games today which were won with AP mids. They’re not super meta, but Azir is always viable.
The 2nd game was in the bag and they threw it overextending for that stupid dragon.
Solo espero que T1 esté practicando y no crean que en realidad pueden ganar con Oner siendo Nida, quizás ya sabían que iban a perder contra HLE y decidieron experimentar ya que no pueden jugar scrims. Para mi Oner es el que está rindiendo menos, sabiendo el focus que le hacen a Zeus prácticamente no hace, y Faker por ahora solo se concentra en ibtentar ganar la línea, por último en la última partida hubiera rotado a bot sabiendo que contra Corki no tenía oportunidad.
Oner vio la Nida de Canyon y pensó que le podía salir igual haha. Ahora hablando mas en serio, es lo mismo en lo que recae T1 con cada roster, al final todos entran en fakerdependencia, lo mismo cuando este estuvo suspendido por salud hace un tiempo, entiendo que es el mas veterano y experimentado pero simplemente si no logran encontrar la manera de que Faker este cómodo quedan como pollos sin cabeza. Igual bien por HLE, ya ha demostrado 2 veces contra T1 porque son los 2dos mejores de KR actualmente.

@@madam_nguyen There's a part of me that hopes they don't go to worlds this year so they can use the time to recover a bit. It feels like they have been going non-stop ever since winning worlds last year and it shows in their gameplay. I haven't seen Faker looking this bad in a long time.

I hate seeing all the toxic hate to T1. You can see it, they are struggling right now. There’s been some internal issues as well, lots of burn out. I’m not making excuses. They just need to finish it out, it’s unlikely they won’t make playoffs and just qualify in 6th. They probably make worlds too maybe the 3 or 4th seed due to points. I just wish like a lot of fans they can stop getting beaten down with hate.

@@davidsunday5876 I had to translate that and it’s not really possible any of the teams below 6th will pass T1. After the next couple of weeks they have a lighter schedule.
What’s been messing with me is that the casters will even get on T1 so much more for a mistake than the opposing teams. Ik they’re going harder on them cause they just won worlds and MSI, but we gotta cut them some slack cause shit just happens 🤷♂️every pro basketball player misses a shot, even Lebron

Man the casters feel very tense. I wanted to like the new caster but hes constantly sarcastic and seems to spend most of the broadcast complaining about obnoxious champs or solo queue

And there we go again, the oner bandwagon. If you're really asking "what does Nidalee offer" then I just know that you're prolly emerald below. Nidalee offers map pressure, game 1 you saw how peanut was disabled for the whole duration of the game. Game 2 zeus was stuck farming the wave and doran arrives 1st ON T1 JG for the blue steal and that's why Nidalee didn't shoot up in pressure points. Yes oner has been lacking lately but that's because they force him to pick these champions that he's uncomfortable with. And look at what happened, Zeus is lacking, gumayusi was out of focus (dying to avoidable deaths walking mid not flashing zyra), keria did great on Leona but he sabotaged it when he forced the fight in dragon when team was clearly disengaging, and finally faker having the worst performance he's had since ever. My point I'm trying to prove here is that Oner has just been getting mauled out here for no reason, if you want him to perform give him his picks. Be real, when was the last time you saw oner pick Viego, xin, jarvan, kindred, and Lee sin(lee has been disabled in some patch I'm aware). I'm a long time fan of skt and it's just irritating that oner is having the peanut treatment when he was playing for skt back in the days. Zeus needs to go back to carry champions, faker needs to go back to playmaking champions(fuck tristana and corki meta), oner needs to play skirmishers, keria needs to either cook or stick to what he does best(Go for aggressive supports), and gumayusi, well he made only 1 mistake this whole season (the mid lane death) so I think he's fine but his mental/morale isn't.

I can see Kkoma will resign as T1 always fires head coach if T1 didn't perform well on Summer. DK can be undisputed number 2 if they have strong support like lehends, Delight, Keria and Beryl. . I can see that you can pick Nidalee this meta if you have very strong teammates like Kiin, Chovy, Lehends, and Peyz and if you are as good as Canyon. . It's very easy to be a jungle player if all of your teammates are very strong.
HLE are better than DK tho

@@dogewoge6580 I don’t think so. (About Gen g). I mean just cause a team struggles doesn’t mean they will fail. T1 has a ton of championship points they just need to reach round 3 to qualify as the 2nd seed and it’s possible if they can get it together. If not and thry flame out tound 2 as long as they best KT they can pick a weak team in regonal qualifiers and make it 3rd.

I don't think a roster change would do either team any good. Rekkles is finally hitting his stride in challenger and working well with Smash. Breaking them up would ruin all the good development they have gained so far. As for the main T1 roster, I'm not sure what is happening but they don't look the same as they did before. I suspect burnout personally. It feels like they have been going non-stop ever since winning worlds last year.
Fakers Mind seems somewhere else recently, is he being made/pressured to do national service that hasn't been public announced? last few series over the week, Faker just doesn't seem to be 100% "there" if you get me, it feels like he's thinking about something else, Like somethings going on, Other t1 members have been pretty much consistently the same performance however faker has been making mistakes he shouldn't be doing, Missing stuff etc, Just doesn't feel like the faker we know the last month and a half pretty much.
I think Faker has been exempt from Military service for winning the Asian Games LoL. I think it might be a resurface of his wrist injuries. After a game's ended, he's grabbing his wrists, maybe trying to relieve the pain

Something is definitely off about Faker's gameplay recently. Could be the injury, could be still feeling the affects of the DDOS or pressure to perform well, or a combination of them plus other factors. Faker picks champions based on what his teammates pick. Both Guma and Zeus get priority in terms of what they want to play. Faker has never once instructed nor denied them from playing a champ. They've spoken about this openly, and we even hear it during voice comms.
