I enjoyed these takes/discussion of the song! On their subreddit, one the audio engineers comments on there sometimes- he said the synth sounding stuff in the verses is actually guitar! He said they worked quit a bit to make some crazy guitar sounds. That surprised me! Super cool.

You guys need to do a reaction for "VIOLENCE" by A Day To Remember
A lot of Pop Punk sign in with FBR Records. From Panic! At The Disco, All Time Low, One Ok Rock, Paramore, from Pop Punk turns into a Pop. (in my opinion) That's why new ADTR use the sync on every songs, after drop a new song with a DJ.
Oddly enough, I love Degenerates. It sounds like a Blink song lol.

Been a fan of ADTR for years, I like Degenerates. It's a weaker song, but it's not bad
That was a pleasant surprise, haven't heard much from ADTR that I can bop to in a while here. That being said, not a banger and ill always hold Homesick as their best album and one of the greatest albums ever released.

Homesick is nostalgic at this point. But what separates me from you and common courtesy were better albums. Cant be bias. Majority of homesick sounded the same too. I loved homesick. But they've made so much better music since.

ADTR is one of those bands that I love so much but keep feeling disappointed by certain directions they take. I can't blame them for following their vision artistically. They are kind of one of the founders of the hardcore-pop scene that no one could have really predicted would exist before. I'd say that I Prevail is taking up that mantle at this point. Their sound reminds me a lot of What Separates Me From You, which is still my favorite ADTR album (previously it had been And Their Name Was Treason).
Anyway, I'd like to see how you guys react to Tale of Daedalus by Saturnalia. They were an experimental metal group I first heard of almost 10 years ago now. They broke up a long while back, but the music video for that song is still on RUclips. I feel like had they released the song more recently, it would have fit in with the current direction a lot of bands have been heading. Though, it's probably a bit too eclectic to be able to make a dent in the current scene.
Sure, but it is a POP-hardcore band. I feel like it's weird to complain about a hardcore pop band being to poppy.

All in all... i think what you're saying... is that ADTR sounds like ADTR but with a little synth element? I mean all their songs have been pretty much the same kind of formula throughout the years. Technicallity-wise, they've never really done anything that's difficult to play
