Right now, on ali or asian sites, there are a Pit boss 2 that are basically the same, hard to spot they are Fake, those fakes on the video are the fakes from the 90s or 2000s, today the thing changed a lot, but still can "fewl" the Quality on fakes vs authentics

First of all thanks for a informative video 🙏
Then I agree with the commenters that there's tons of fake merchandises out there that bare the same markings as the originales thus making it close to impossible to see if it's a fake or not.
As for the Oakley Plate sunglasses it is my understanding that they only came in three different colors, platinum, bronze and dark silver.
But I have seen some for sale, in what appears to be bronze and dark silver, that has small screws on the back side. One on each of the temple arms and, I believe, three on each side of the lenses and two on the nose bridge. But I can't recall seeing this on the platinum ones.
    Any suggestions about this?

Those are fake as hell and they are made of metal hence the screws

Both look fake only thing I saw that looks real are the lenses and the limbs on the plates ... Are those like some older gen plates or something.... My plates look way better.... Not referring to condition which mine are mint but more on design of frames

Hello, I have found the same ones with the “authentic” ones in your video. They have all the features you showed: made in USA, CE sign, Plate and NK112 code. But I wanted to make sure they were authentic, so I posted them on an Oakley forum and the users informed me they were fake. I’m just writing this to let you know :) Just to be helpful.

Hate to tell you but the ”real” ones are fake plates too, they dont have the punch style ribbons inside and the supposed serial number is not on that spot on the real ones, you can also see how the ”ce” marking is really poorly made

The real is definitely real. If you search for Oakley Plates on the web, you would see that originals have identical elements to the originals Oakleys in our video.

Both your Plates are bad fakes. They did not have serial numbers. And that is not an Oakley model number. FAKES.
