Every single one of those shiny new buildings in Shenzhen are owned by the CCP. Tenants are only entitled to a 99 year lease. At the end of the lease the government's agency, whichever it may be, takes over the property. In all respects, Miami is better. Free capitalist system, property rights, private enterprise. No comparison.
