How are you so wise? I LOVE your approach and how you decided to take your own risks and how successful it has been. I have no doubt you will continue to achieve great things! To disconnect, I like to draw in my sketchbook. Sometimes its just weird figures or lines that don´t make sense, but I love drawing and using different colors to create cool color combinations, shapes harmony, etc. It´s sort of a time when I get to say: okay I can ONLY focus on this and it´s very relaxing. Also, sometimes ideas come out of that, which is always nice.

I think 'wise' is quite far-fetched... I'd rather say I had to make do the best I could out of a situation that was difficult to say the least... I'm glad you see it that way. And I have my fingers crossed for the future. I believe, from the bottom of my heart, that you do get what you ask for but that you cannot be afraid of asking for it. And that you have to stand up for yourself, for your own worth and for your own standards... or else no one will. Re your sketching - what a fantastic way to meditate and collect ideas! Whatever you do - if you just put your mind to one task only, inspiration can strike at any moment. I would LOVE to see those sketchbooks sometime!

You are right, money is really a taboo subject - companies encourage this, thats how they can exploit the Gender Pay Gap! We all need to be more transparent and open with what we earn/charge to get back control from the companies/clients. I have started this by being open about what people earn in my Startup (they all were happy to share), from interns to founder. I will do a video on this soon, as I think its really important people do not fear talking about money.
