Tyler Vander My Mom went on one of these meal replacement therapies anyways one day I hear this excruciating scream from her in the bathroom upstairs, I guess this plan really bound her up and didn't go for poop for over a week and well you can imagine, I tried to convince her to weigh it and take pictures and send it to Guiness World Records

i have a severe case of crohn's disease and i totally feel what you're going through colin. i can't even begin to describe some of the horrible things that happen with my stomach and bowels, the pain is so bad that when i get flare ups i was in the emergency room at least 3 times a month for over 3 years with no insurance. I'd eat 6 meals a day and be on the toilet ten or more times a day and i was super skinny from not being able to absorb nutrients. i lost my job as an executive chef, got on disability and now my parents are my caregivers and I'm living at home at age 32. i found a great doctor and I'm on medications that changed my life as far as the bathroom frequency, and i haven't been in the hospital for over a year now. colin you should really look into getting a colonoscopy if you haven't already and look into crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. i still get insane flare ups but they aren't nearly as frequent and i can manage them at home with medication. i had cancer at age 19 and i had half of my lower right jaw completely removed because of a malignant tumor that almost went up into my brain, and the right side of my jaw was replaced with 7 inches of my left fibia along with a titanium chain. even through all of that, nothing compares to the stabbing burning pain from the crohn's flare ups. it gets so bad that i have to use a wheelchair and even then it's hard to move or even talk. i feel for you dude, i really hope that you can get some relief from whatever you have and that you can find out what's going on with it. take care!!

I think it was my second kidney biopsy. The Drs. did not put nothing to numb the area where they were going to put a big needle in my back to grap a piece of my kidney. I felt this claw come out and grap a piece of my kidney they did this about 4 times in a row. I was awake during this process and worst thing was I could hear them cranking it up. When they let go the crank the claw came out. I had basketball size bruise on my back after the procedure. I was only 7 yrs old.
I am doing great, I am 32 yrs old and hopefully I live another year. The Drs. told me at the age of 6 yrs I would make it pass 32 or 33 yrs old.

Tim, drink at least 1.5 litres of water everyday. It really helps with the constipation! I have had the same problems (though fortunately not with blood) and when I went to the doctors, they didn't prescribe me medicine and instead told me to drink water and be physically active (jog, cycle, play sports etc.) as well as cutting back on processed food (like tin food, junk food etc.) I have since started eating natural food like meat, fish and veggies and fruits, drinking loads of water and my stomach is very healthy ! Take care of your health man.

    Worst pain ever?
    A) I was door holder in 3rd Grade. The thick metal door was perpendicular to a cement wall. As I was holding the door, a classmate karate kicked the door, and my middle finger exploded with pain.
    B) Was making nachos. Long story short, I couldn't find the can opener to open the can of refried beans. I decided to start cutting the can open with a butcher knife. As I peeled the tin lid back, my hand shot across the metal razor that was the tin's lid, and I almost severed my thumb from its base.
    C) A good friend of mine (and coworker) killed himself with a shotgun. I was devasted.

My worst pain was a procedure I had on my back last year. Laid on my stomach on a table while the doctor stuck 14 needles in me, one at a time, all between my waist and mid-back.
I took a picture when I got home, and it is just a grid of red dots with little purple holes in the middle. 14 needles.

Also I'm the same with pooing. For me it's Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Sometimes it's just annoying, needing the toilet a lot. But sometimes every now and again, I'll be bed ridden from pain. The other week, I was out drinking and had to leave, and ended up on my own crying in the rain in the fetal position, cause the pain was so unbearable. It was crippling, like a vacuum in the middle of my stomach pulling in. Horrible.

I remember when I was young I jumped off the bed... and landed on the glass of water I put on the floor. I bled and screamed for my nanny, and for years my mom's bed had this large-ass blood stain.
I also went to the dentist to get a root canal once, and being in a 3rd world country, my dentist was a bit stingy with his anesthesia.

When I was 4 I was playing with the hinge of a very heavy/thick bathroom door at Perkins while I was waiting for my mom and sister to go to the bathroom before we left and got my pointer finger smashed in the hinge. The end of my finger was hanging on by a thread. Almost lost part of my finger entirely but luckily it was kept intact and stitched up. If basically felt like 20x the pain of jamming your finger or stubbing your toe but kept going on for over and hour. There's still a massive scar going around my finger.

I was in third grade. I was riding on a motor scooter. I accidentally went to fast, got out of control slammed into a car. Then I lost my two front ADULT teeth, broke my nose, lost a ton of blood, and for the first and only time in my life: went into shock. As a result of that, I have had to go to the dentist more than anyone I know and get multiple root canals. I am now 16, and I can tell you legitimately: the dentist fucking sucks.

Mine was either holding my mums cold lifeless hands when I was 8 or the bullying I went through from the age of 9 - 16. It's weird, I burned my hand when I was 4 with a steam machine coming out of a piano on the 2000 new years party. I've almost ended at the bottom of a lake, almost got electrocuted from lightning hitting Ontario lake while I was in a sailing class and I had an internal infection that was beyond agony even had something go through my foot think it was a hair pin but the emotional stuff can really beat all of that sometimes.

Mine was last year, going off of a jump while mountain biking. Ended up somersaulting myself and the entire bike while riding clipless (so I couldn't just jump off the bike) and ended up eating serious shit (I also literally ate dirt). Separated my shoulder (it still hurts and moves like a loose tooth). Couldn't lay down or get out of bed without help, and laying down was a constant pain (felt like my ribs were going to just shatter). What scared me most was coughing up blood, though. Fortunately, it was nothing more serious than a minor lung bruising.
I also fell onto the rail of a straight ladder when I was 12, which sliced my ass cheek wide open. Had to get ~40 stitches on the inside of my ass cheek. The doctor's assistant had to spread my cheeks apart the entire time while the doctor sewed me up. Didn't hurt as much as the bike accident, but was far more humiliating.

Worst for me was an acid reflux sort of thing. Lasted 1-2 hours. I was huddled in the fetal position gripping the bed sheets and grinding my teeth. Apparently your stomach acid can fuck up and start eating the inside of your stomach lining. Been good since I took antacid pills once a day for two weeks. This was a few years ago.

Some crazy dump stories. When you haven't dropped one for a while, you'll start feeling pain in your lower back, get headaches, feel dizzy, sweat, etc. It's important to drop one everyday, if not, drop one good one every other day. If you guys are having problems, your diet and your eating schedules are the biggest culprits. Water and fiber is the way to go.

I don't think my most painful experiences can compare with other poor souls that have gone through aggravating and excruciating situations. I ate a plateful of shrimp when I was 12, and I didn't know about removing the tails. The pain in my stomach for the next three hours was so intense that I thought a chestburster Alien was going to explode out of my guts. It finally went away slowly overnight. At least I can say I have digested chitin. :(

I'd say the most pain I've ever been in in my entire life was the first time I got a tongue canker sore. I was about 13, and it was the first one I ever got. We were on vacation and it just randomly showed up. It felt like I was under some dark curse. It lasted about 2-3 weeks and I'm pretty sure I was crying and screaming the entire time. I've gotten them pretty commonly since, and they've gotten better and have definitely slowed down but fuck, that first time was horrific. But hey, I can't complain too much, my parents felt so bad for me that they ended up buying me a PSP. I'd say it all worked out.

Before you even pass a stone, your kidneys swell and your entire abdomen and lower back aches for weeks until you pass the stone(s). The tubes going from your kidney to your urethra is about the size of your tear ducts for your eyes. So imagine passing a grain of salt or sand through your eye duct. That's kind of what it is like. Once the stones hit your urethra, you're fine, as your urethra is much larger and you won't feel the stones passing.
Oh, and I once had 450*F grease spill down my arm while I was working at a restaurant because the morons on the line in the morning had filled all of the speed rack with empty hotel pans and I had to get a full hotel pan of half-chickens up and out right then with no available counter space. I was the only cook in the kitchen (it was late afternoon, which was a down time, and we only needed one prep cook, which was me), so I had to suck it up for over an hour until a replacement finally came in. Most of the grease burn wasn't too bad, but I still have some areas where you can see the burn scars if you look. It's more noticeable when I get a bit of a tan.
-edit- This is making me think of all the other fun stuff when I was a kid. Breaking my right wrist three times, my left wrist twice, breaking my nose from getting hit in the face by a wild fastball in Little League, knocking myself out at 13 when I had a growth spurt and hit my head on a hanging light fixture while running around, having a weird stomach pain that caused me to pass out (looking back, I think that was an episode of my appendix swelling), cutting my wrist open and gouging out a huge chunk of skin by accidentally smashing my hand through a window... The most recent was a few years ago a cycling accident broke my left wrist apart (that's break number 3), requiring metal rods and wires to hold the bones approximately where they need to be.
It's kind of amazing I'm not dead, thinking about it.

TIM.. if your constipated all the time u should get more magnesium in your diet... most Americans are deficient in magnesium which leads to constipation 24/7... many people live with it, but chronic constipation releses toxins in your colon that lead to a slew of other issues (Weight gain/acne/cancer)

Once I really needed to pee but I was so lazy that I decided to put my thumb under my pants waist to pull my pants down and pull my pee pee out that way BUT my nail was long and it was sharp enough to take out a chunk of my foreskin as my thumb glided over my dick, blood, pain and regret all over.
    Would not recommend.
