Don't you guys get bored seeing alia bhatt in every movie you watch ? Try some movies of other artists across languages aswell. I would suggest you to watch, Dangal ( Hindi ) Andhadhun ( Hindi ) Secret Superstar ( Hindi ) Premam ( Malayalam ) Bangalore Days (Malayalam ) Hi Nanna ( Telugu ) SitaRamam (Telugu ) as examples.
English vinglish was a better directed film than dear Zindagi. To dumb down the content and make it accessible for everyone, the screenplay and story was compromised in DZ. I did not enjoy this film as much as I would have wanted to.
That's b'coz DZ was produced by Dharma Productions. Whenever they try to come up with a new content they dumb it down too much so much so that it becomes cringe and feels like someone is mansplaining to you. They have done this to EACH of their new production so far.

He was clearly shown as an anti hero especially in the second half, where you could see his mental health detoriating. Even the title itself calls him an “Animal” and not “hero no 1”. How does that look like glorification to you??
@th007_ However, he never paid a price for what he did. He was still living comfortably in his house despite having killed a lot of people. Even if the movie calls him an animal, it never suggests that this is the incorrect way for him to express his love for his father. And why was the movie Animal even brought up for discussion? In what way does that apply to Dear Zindagi? They belong to distinct genres.

If Animal was made in hollywood, y’all would be praising it. Get some international exposure, go watch Wolf of wall street, gone girl, 365 days, fifty shades of grey, hangover, the boys etc
