The girl reminds tanjiro Of kanae, so he didn’t like her being shouted at by the other women, the girl maybe was either @bused or hurt by the women union tanjiro stepped in, or she was hurt because of a demon, and the woman didn’t believe her and shouted at her that it wasn’t true and she was just a attention seeker. (Just my idea, though!)
