@@JDRacing-j2v Honestly I'd recommend if you're a shooter that likes to take their time more and not just run/gun quick scope and shoot then the cheek pad can be very useful even for bolts.
That ending with the real-world example of the value of the suppressor and flash hider are where it's at. The compensator will always be my go-to on my close to medium spray weapon, but definitely going to be picking up those other 2 attachments when I need to reach out and touch someone without being seen!

Sum up of grips: Vertical - Best all around for high vertical spraying guns with alot of firerate Angledgrip - Best for horizontal control, guns like the m4 where the vertical is pretty easy to control Thumbgrip - Best for good players that are willing to sacrifice some recoil for better ads speed in close quarters and for fast peeks Lightweight - Best for DMR and single fire AR's Halfgrip - Idk use it if you really have to, its an okay all around grip
I didn't notice the shooter until compensator...even after I knew he was there and rewatched. I was watching on my phone tho. Thanks for the in depth breakdown, I was using some of these grips in non-ideal situations.
The only things I would have added tho is that some bolt actions will reload all bullets at once if you shoot all the rounds out, but if you tactical reload them it will put rounds in individually and take much longer. And that the extended sniper clip makes all m24 reloads faster.
That’s a good point about bolts, but since they load individually you can actually get an extra shot or two off without having to do a full re-load, so there’s a give & take. I didn’t know extended mag increase m24 sniper reload speed (thought you NEEDED extended QuickDraw mag). I’ll have to go test that thanks

Super helpful video, very informative and straight to the point. The several "subscribe" popups were annoying though. Very interesting point you demonstrated with the Compensator vs the Suppressor and the Flash hider. Will think twice before always going for the compensator!
Theoreticaly the angled grip should be the best for spraying since only the horizontal spray is random. Practicaly it's harder to control the horizontal spray when you pull faster verticaly. Also, I would go for half grip if i'm more of a 4x spray then tap guy.
Here, weapon steadiness means how much the gun kicks back at your shoulder while shooting which makes it difficult to see the target and not weapon sway. You can measure steadiness only while firing, because there is no point in saying a gun is steady when it's absolutely doing nothing. Basically I tried to define the word steady but i guess i couldn't do it perfectly, haha.
Weapon steadiness in PUBG = weapon sway. It has nothing to do with after shot recoil or steady while firing. Cheek pad and tactical stocks both improve weapon steadiness, making the weapon sway less while ADS’n.
Here a fun fact about supressors that most games get wrong. Supressors actually reduce recoil and increase bullet speed aswell as accuracy. The downside is the higher weight and inertia and lower heat tollerance for continued weapon fire. But intertia is kinda difficult to implement into shooters except via stamina elements.
Nice video, well explained. Don't forget though that Angled and Half Grip have a hidden minus to stability after shot, meaning that the gap between first and second bullet will be worst, that's why some people will prefer vert grip to get a double headshot rapidly and reliably (though you can find example of extremely talented pros like Pio from GenG using the half grip, the worse grip for this type of shooting).
We need an updated video with a list of the guns and the best set ups for each one! So many times i find myself taking so long trying to decide which grip to use. Im sitting in thd middle of the game comparing everything constantly lol
Not a glitch. That’s the visual indication difference between the standard extended magazine vs the extended QuickDraw magazine which reduces the reload time for your weapon

I usually go for thumb or angle for close range/full auto sprays and lightweight or vert for tap fire or DMRs. I always use flash hider unless I can find a suppressor, apart from the AK which I prefer with a comp on full auto, but if I'm using it as a budget DMR I'll take the flash hider. Always flash hider on bolties and usually prefer the reduced weapon sway of the cheek pad. Choke on pumpy, duckbill on saiga.
I have a question that if the ace23 is fitted with a vertical foregrip and I examine the houses and on the ground, for example, the Lightweight grip is visible so that the orange arrow shows a bit like the game recommends it for that weapon rather than a vertical foregrip
