I thought that the lining of pharynx is stratified squamous along with the esophagus and it changes to pseudostrtified columnar at Cardia?
i had my lingual tonsils removed, due to extreme tonsilitis, they had swollen to about 30mm in diameter.
It must have been horribl. I fear I need mine removed. Did you regret it? My tongue hurts. The surgery and recover must be brutal. How was it for you?
