    Hi I was diagnosed with functional neurological disorder 5 years ago at MGH in Boston when I left after 11 days in the nueroligy floor I couldn't walk talk move my hands and arms and didn't know my name your correct about don't give up I can walk again is not pretty but I get around I figured out how to talk my self speech therapy was a joke I have ok days and not so good days

    Elements are true but the fatigue, heat and noise are difficult to overcome

    How can I work with FND? I have every day attcks. I get dissocieted from my body. I feel left leg as right leg. I forgot many thinks. I am super sensitive to lights and noise. I react to unknown environment, etc...

      Find a neurologist that can guide you. Are you in Ontario by any chance? I can provide some recommendations

    With good nutrition, stable blood sugar, lovering inflamation..brain can "heal"
