As a DVC member I gotta say WDW has lost the "magic" years ago. Too crowded. Too expensive. Elements of attractions are deteriorating. And the Genie+ is a cash grab that is ridiculously complicated.
You can stay and then they have you scan, so you have to make sure your hotel is linked with your scan/pass so they can make sure you’re allowed to stay.

If you are already in the park at closing time, do tou have to leave and then reenter as an extended hours person or can you just stay until 1 AM?
