"it’s a common misconception that police must read your Miranda rights before or during your arrest. While many police officers do so, they are only legally required to inform a person of their Miranda rights before questioning them" i had to look it up because i wasn't sure either. 🤣
its a "common misconception" because its a recent law. it used to be, and absolutely still should be required. the only reason its not is because officers are too damn stupid to remember them or to remember to use them in the appropriate time causing headaches for the cities. i guess justice and whats right isnt as important as legal efficiency.
Her choker looks like a collar with a lock. It could be a fashion statement, but it could also be a BDSM thing. That would explain the random bruises and scratches too
Yeah, that and/or pole dancing! You can get "kisses" from pole dancing, which is any bruises or 'rug burn' from twirlin around. Very well could be both, or something else entirely (Only rlly thought of this because she said she got them from dancing, though doesn't delve into it further)
@@jessicanelson1012 If she's a stripper, she can't wear any jewelry on her hands at work. It'd scratch up the pole. So that collar may actually be her wedding ring.
this situation seems like a sex trafficking incident. Especially with the way she was trying to hide that there were people in the apartment, and her insistence that she is a "legal dancer" and the bruises that are not natural for pole. It's so incredibly sad. Even the way she seems so high and the fact that they were called for what sounded like a domestic incident? She's a victim in this situation, and even if it seemed like she was acting crazy and is the problem, I highly doubt it with all things considered. Hopefully she somehow got help from this situation even though that seems tragically unlikely.
hahahahahaha wearing vials of each other's blood like in scientology....no that was just angelina jolie and billy bob's weird asses lmaoooo thank you for bringing back that core memory from my teens
Ah yes I was in elementary school and remember watching E network with my mom and they were dragging Angelina about that my mom still drags her about that loool too.
I'm crazy sketched out by this whole situation. Why is a woman on drugs and alone with 5 men ? Why was she compelled to lie about said men ? Why would the men feel the need to hide ? All of the men claimed to not be her boyfriend but none of them claimed to be her friend ? This smells of trafficking and I hope those men get very closely looked at. If it is the case it makes a lot of sense why those men were so polite to police and quick to let her take the fall for everything.
You are ridiculous. The police Calvary at her front door would be the perfect opportunity to save her from trafficking. Instead she acted like a jackass. Why are people so fucking reluctant to hold hot chicks accountable for their actions
It wasn’t 5 men it was 2 chicks, one of their boyfriends and 2 dudes she invited over to hang out. She’s a masochist and schizophrenic and she was also on drugs. Bad mix. She also just got arrested in February of this year for stabbing an elderly man multiple times.
I know this all seems funny like a stripper that got too high and made a fool of herself, but she seems like a sex trafficking victim. The bruises. Lying about it distracting with sex, Calling men daddy, being overly sexual, a man coming out to get her, a room full of people, she's high out of her mind on some substance. I did sex trafficking training for volunteer work and have been exposed to it myself. This is sex trafficking. Not all strippers are sex trafficked but if she's being pimped out, that's one area where she meets clients and other girls to traffick. This is actually sad as fuck to see..
Yup. One stripper on nose snow and 5 guys who hid quietly when the cops came... nothing good about any of that. It sucks that the cop was like, "Yeahhh, those guys were really nice." 🤦♀️
Definitely sex trafficked. The collar, the overly sexualized talk, five men who arent her friends or boyfriend hiding, she lied about their presence, so high she cant feel her body, and finally the bruises. She acted out to get away.
There weren’t 5 men I was one of the people that happened to be there with another girl we were all hanging out and her & the guy in the video were going around the apt roughhousing & f**king at the same time. She also a few months ago just stabbed an elderly man like 5 times. She’s just absolutely bat shit insane 🙃
Yeah a lawyer will tell you "shut up and get a lawyer" but they also tell people to always shut and lock the house or car door when asked to step outside. This cop made sure that to shut her door she had to touch his hand and then threatened her... Pigs
please someone check on her. this situation she was found in and her responses can be big signs of trafficking. it could not be but too many things in common in this video for me to ignore it all.
2:15 I had to deal with Scientology at my previous employer (I was laid off after 5 years), anyway, those people were the WEIRDEST BUNCH I have EVER had to deal with. They had the stupidest rules like you can’t wear cologne or perfume, you can’t use scented lotions, you have to sign in and out of the location you go to. I worked with field techs and one had to go to Scientology to service a copier, the people there WATCHED him the entire time like over his shoulder, only let him use certain tools, etc. AGAIN IT WAS WEIRD SO IF THEY HAD BLOOD IN VIALS IT WOULDNT SURPRISE ME
Sometimes these videos can be fun, and other times it just feels like watching someone with mental illnesss and/or addiction experience one of the lowest moments of their life.
@@ToneKneeParaSocial well they were probably trying to see if she was OK. She was in a apartment with several men. They probably were trying to investigate to see if this woman was OK but she was acting belligerent. I mean that’s why they were asking how she got that bruise that big black bruise was possibly these men were beating her up or hurting her because they said they got a call with somebody yelling and screaming. I am not gonna sit here and say every cop is amazing but nine times out of 10 when you do everything they say, and answer their questions this woman would’ve been able to go on with her day or night whatever.
Right they were probably doing wellness check because I swear they said they got a call from somebody that heard like yelling or screaming or both something like that, so yeah, the police have to investigate and she’s acting belligerent which she is then it’s not gonna end well for her. I mean the cops more than likely we’re just trying to see if she was OK cause they saw the big bruise on her arm and they did ask if anybody else was in the apartment and she lied to them and then that guy comes out and then they find more guys in her apartment, so yeah, they’re gonna investigate it because this woman could be in trouble
I'm saying this, if they got a domestic call yelling at the who they think is the victim isn't the way to go. They say they got a call about a women yelling stop at man and arguing. In Tennessee they won't arrest the victim but will have the state press charges against the abuser is the abused doesn't wish to. I'm only 4 minutes in the video btw lmao
They didn’t yell at her lol they asked her question she would not answer how she got that bruise on her arm. They asked her if anybody else was in the apartment and she lied to them and then the guy comes out and are like oh you lied to us. She was also not acting right she was trying to move away from the cops and they don’t want her bolting, so yeah they detained her I mean, I’ve been miss identified by the cops twice one of them was they thought I looked like this runaway that ran away from the pre-release that this person was act and I did everything the cop said, even though he was a dick and I went on my way within 30 minutes because I did everything he said, even though he was rude as hell. Then I got pulled over in my car because my car was the same make model and year and my license plate was two or three letters or numbers off from this car that was involved in a robbery and shot at the police so yeah, the cop was very stern with me. I did everything he said then he ruled out obviously 100% that I am not the same person or I wasn’t hiding the person in my car and that it was not the same car from the robbery and I got to go. On my way within 30 to 40 minutes it’s really not that hard. They have to do a investigation and if she’s gonna act like this, then they can arrest her because she is interfering with a investigation. Cops can’t just throw out their hands and be like oh OK you go on your way we’re not gonna figure out why you were screaming and yelling let you go back possibly to that dangerous situation. More than likely, they would take her down to the station let her sleep off whatever she is on and then ask questions, but they can’t let her just go back into that apartment when answers haven’t been answered because I’m sorry if I am in a dangerous situation, and several men were hurting me, possibly And my neighbors called it in and the cops came and I wouldn’t answer their questions I would rather have them arrest me take me down to let me sleep it off then asked me questions instead of letting me possibly go back into a dangerous situation. Like I said, she is interfering with an investigation that is grounds for somebody getting arrested. Plus, do you not remember that she kicked a cop?
I'm pretty sure this was a domestic call, she wasn't in any trouble until she kept acting a fool. I'm pretty sure they were thinking she was a victim of domestic abuse. The reason he mentions that "none of them were her boyfriend" because if there was a boyfriend that lived with her it would be a domestic situation.
Seriously like people in the comments are like the cops were yelling at her that was unnecessary of the cops. Well if she just did what they said and answered their questions and not lied to them then later on kick one of them, then she wouldn’t be in this situation. There were two different times that I got miss identified by the cops they thought I was somebody else that they were looking for, and you know what I did I did everything they said and I stayed calm I didn’t give them attitude and you know what happened they let me go. On my way within 20 to 30 minutes. Plus even if she didn’t kick the cops or anything they have grounds to arrest her anyways because she is interfering with an investigation. I’ve been it is honestly better for her if she was in a dangerous situation with all these guys in her apartment was her getting arrested and taken down to the police station. Let her sleep off whatever she is on and then talk to her people are saying that they can’t do that they shouldn’t be able to do that the cops and it’s like oh would you rather have her go possibly back into dangerous situation and the cops just throwing their hands up OK whatever I mean I feel like there are times where the cops either way do the wrong thingbecause if they do arrest her take her down to the station and possibly take her away from a bad situation they’re still in the wrong, but if they let her go and go back into that apartment and something happened to her, then the cops would still be blamed
Real quick, you can get TONS of bruises, "rug burn," or scrapes pole dancing/doing pole fitness. People call them "pole kisses." P.s love yall and this video was WILD. 😂

This definitely gives off more nefarious vibes than just drunk and high…..this video, as a woman, makes me VERY uncomfortable……the fact that these cops don’t suspect her as a sex trafficking victim is insane
Just because they don't say it out loud in a partial video that the boys reacted to, doesn't mean they weren't suspecting it. The only thing insane is that you think they would have to articulate everything out-loud and not on the paper-work as if they knew that there would be an audience watching this on the internet. Lol.
@@Lord_Shadowfang yes her behavior is terrible. But in the beginning you hear the cops questioning her about her bruises and yea she said she was a stripper. I’m a nurse and I’m trained in reading red flags for this sort of thing. She meets MANY of them. The locked collar (which yes could be a fashion statement), the bruises AND scratches, being under the influence, trying to HIDE and cover for the men in the apartment….there are just too many for them not to suspect something. I think the cops could have handled this differently because let’s not forget they were there investigating a DOMESTIC INCIDENT and also, they DO need a warrant to enter someone’s apartment to search. SO her behavior makes sense for someone scared and panicking, not saying it’s okay at all
Well, if she was being abused, she should have complied with the cops. She could have moved away from the door with them, told them what was happening, and then either gone back inside for them to deal with later or went with them for protection while they dealt with it now. Kinda sad that people act crazy when they could simply just not. I have no context for if she was on something willingly, so I can't talk about simply NOT doing drugs, but that's also something to think about.
@Lord_Shadowfang If my ex had ever thought I'd report him to police, which I couldn't because you have to prove any sexual abuse isn't somehow willing at any point to even get past the police to even be considered for a judge.... But if he's even thought it was a possibility he would have killed me. I don't think you're qualified to know what victims can and can't do in situations like this unless you've been terrified for your life. Most serious rape and dv and traffick victims are female, and most perps are male. Consider if you will the fact most don't even serve a solid year straight in jail for the crimes I mentioned. Which are all hard to prove to begin with. Fun fact to further complicate things, even if I can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt, you often can't even get a person removed from the residence until they're fully taken into custody. If they get out on bail, the police can't always legally keep them away from your residence, so women who are violated by fellow cohabitants who don't have family or friends to go to, have nowhere to turn since they can't legally kick the abuser out. There is so much to think about, and as a victim you end up terrified for your life every single time you think maybe you should tell someone, you think you'll end up dead or not believed, and if you don't have solid proof because of the nature of the crime, then you know you're not going to be believed and if you are no one can help you anyways..... Rape especially is almost impossible to prove. Around 55k people every single year go missing and aren't found. Presumably a large majority of them are trafficked, and some are killed without bodies found. Traffick victims rarely become free again and many traffickers dispose of stock once they feel they aren't getting enough out of them any more. some traffickers even force pregnancy and birth, and sell the babies. Meanwhile, many of their victims familys are identified and known, so for trafficking victims many times it's not just your life on the line, but every single family member and friend you've ever had. Kids and husbands too. In general crimes against women by men are incredibly hard to prove, and an insane amount of trafficked victims are missing every single year. Men countlessly refuse to deny themselves sex, and find neverending excuses to use services provided through nefarious means. Countless women often starting under age 12 are trafficked world wide every year, through different countries. And for those of us who are poisoned, beaten, and raped by men we trusted.... We're mostly blamed for this outcome as well, not believed, told we're trying to ruin a mans life, and if you bring forward rape accusations you must undergo an invasive procedure in which they stick fingers and probes into your privates, and often these tests are used but not for firm hardcore evidence unless you're damaged to the point of needing surgery. Here's been a deep dive into the behind the scenes on a lot of the subject matter, hopefully now you can understand why some victims may act completely insane, especially if drugged. Some cases to even further look into are illegal pornography made in the states, many porn stars have requested violent sets to end, and were refused, needing surgery after for extreme damage done to their anus, vagina, and urethra. The excuse the porn starts most often give in the cases I looked at, were that they were signed contracts so couldn't sue or press charges. Many however, we're also signed after drug or alcohol use, and many are suspected to be various levels of trafficked.
@@Lord_Shadowfangwhat could or would happen if she did this, and what would she do afterwards? Even if all 5 were arrested immediately. What should she do next?
They arrested her for nothing. She shouldn't have been arrested there for she should have never been considered resisting arrest. What charge did she get other than resisting arrest and assault on and officer? None! And I knew that's how it would be five minutes in.

In all seriousness if this is a domestic violence call and they are questioning her right outside the door where her partner can hear thats extremely dangerous. And further more arresting the victim happens constantly and she will not call again. I never did. You are stigmatized the rest of your life and teaches victims to never call for help again. I get its funny but this situation at its core is not. She didn't want to step back because if he goes to jail she could be killed and if he doesn't she could be killed. I think its complete bs they arrested her once again cops have mo training on how to handle these victims smfh. This was sad to watch.
There were like 7 people in her apartment. She was arguing with one of her friends and some neighbor decided to call the police. She was very drunk and started to fight the police. At no point was she ever in a situation in which any form of domestic violence was taking place.
@@Whalebarf doesn't matter they had no way of knowing that. And an educated cop sees a person with bruises and separates them to question them not in front of the door. DV or not at least a potential battery situation. I have seen this happen all too often so much so theirs literally national petitions and documentaries on how police have no idea how to handle these type of situations. Could you please link the original video I would like to see the full story and where that information came from because the cop stated they heard her yelling stop and the only person on this video I could see was a single male and her?
I called the police because my ex was putting a knife to my dogs neck and hanging her out a window and he threw me down the stairs when they arrived they talk to me in front of him And then left us both I couldn’t say anything because I was afraid he would hurt me or my dog worse three months later he was arrested now doing 10 years
Why is it when Cops hear something out of context they make a million assumptions about the situation but when a woman or a man ACTUALLY calls for help they get ignored, victim blamed, or told they were lying?
Yeah she’s not in a good place mentally or physically. I assume she’s being abused and has neglected her mental health probably her entire life. This has probably been a cycle in her life for her entire life and probably what she grew up witnessing. Very sad
There's something about this video that makes me feel icky. Whether it's something very sinister or somebody that was being abused it was handled incorrectly. I feel like all of this, could've been avoided by different wording, and how they talk to her. If a woman has bruises on her arms she isn't just gunna tell you if she is being harmed
I really don't understand the plot of this whole video. So they got a call that a woman was screaming, "stop," and they show up and arrest the woman and completely ignore the room full of men?
I want to know what they were there for. LEO can only enter a home w/o a warrant when there are exigent circumstances or with the owners permission. Also, NEVER answer any questions the LEO asks you, hold tight to that Fifth Amendment right!
They have to have reasonable, articulable suspicion of a crime, otherwise; yes, they do need either permission or a warrant to search her apartment. If they suspect a crime, they have to say what crime they suspect has been committed. It's 100% within the rights of a citizen to fight any tyrannical government official encroaching on that citizen's rights.
Well, that’s nice, but this was definitely not a case of a “tyrannical government official” 😂 It looked like a women was trying to break into an apartment that she lied about being empty when it was actually probably full of her fellow drug addicts still trying to flush all the drugs down the drain 😂
So did you just skip the part where the officer explained there was a report of a man and woman arguing with the woman yelling stop? The officers were there to figure out what was going on. If she wanted to be left alone, literally all she had to do was say "hey, i dont know what that was about, there is nothing going on" give them her id and bam, end of story. ALSO, she could have said that she wont be answering any questions, she'll like an attorney present for any questioning. Would have been a quick trip down to the police station. But NOPE lol
@BlvckPhantom arguing isn't a crime. She works in a profession where people get scratches and bruises all the time, which she explained. They had no right or reason to keep her from going into her house. She also had no reason to give them an ID.
@UchihaChikiru you can lie all you want to police about people being in your house. That isn't a crime. Also, how does it look like she's breaking in when she's unlocking her door with her key? She explained that her job is one in which bruises and scratches are common.
@@kylerfisher7837 So your original comment makes sense, but oh silly me. You're stupid, because you're insinuating that it applies to this situation and that the cops were in the wrong here. You aren't supposed to lie to the cops who are investigating a potential crime. That is illegal. It's called 'impeding an investigation.' So yes, in this case lying about there being people inside the apartment is illegal. Also, people can steal keys. It happens all the time. If somebody murders a person, they are going to take their keys, and if they know where they live they will likely take everything that person had. You can break into a home without forced entry. Arguing is not a crime, but when asked to identify yourself by the police during the investigation of a crime, you are required to provide ID to prove your identity. You sure did just make up a load of bullshit to pretend that cops are the bad guys, huh? Not all of them are good, but you did a piss poor job of pretending these were bad ones. Plenty of tide pods at the grocery stores if you want to get some.
The love me to me sounded like somebody worried. She's going to get killed when she gets back.. these are clear signs of somebody who could be trafficked, or at the very least who is being sexually taken advantage of majorly. This is a mental breakdown, fueled by drugs and abuse that is also showing cracks on how fear will make you protect abusers, even if they're passing you around like a bong.......
@@aliciat2532 because she's talking about human trafficking when no one else will? It's real and it's happening and this poor woman in the video was definitely in danger.
This actually made me feel quite uncomfortable watching how the police treated her. Maybe there’s a universe where this could’ve been funny, but this wasn’t it. They treated her like a perpetrator and seemingly antagonised her into doing something to get arrested for. But, piecing together the clues as to why they were there and what was going on suggests that they were there as they suspected some sort of domestic dispute where a woman was heard shouting “stop!”. Then they turn up and they find a woman covered in bruises and scratches. They question her rather aggressively about them and suspect she’s lying. So what? Domestic abuse victims often lie to protect their abuser, especially if they could overhear. So, this is again an indication that she’s the victim. Yes, you probably need to get her away from her abuser to have a chance of her being honest about it. But, not by force! Force makes the police the enemy. Not to be trusted. Not there to help. Not safe people to open up to. It requires way more tact. So, why were they treating her like that?? And then, to ask her “daddy” if she kneed him in the walls… that’s a leading question, which he quite happily agreed to. And then to walk out and call the guys in her apartment “nice”. Based on what?? If she even did knee him in the balls, maybe it was in self-defence. All the rest of the clues indicate that. The other possibility is that she’s in a consensual BDSM dynamic with this “daddy”, given that’s what she called him, the collar, lying to protect him as consent doesn’t necessarily make it legal. But, her lying for that reason doesn’t justify them setting her up to get arrested either. It’s one of those things where you’d have to reassure her that if she says it’s consensual, don’t worry, they won’t arrest him. But, if it isn’t, convincing her that they’re on her side and will actually help. That they’ll believe her either way. But, this ordeal has likely scuppered any chance at her trusting them to help her now. And can only have empowered those guys that they can get away with whatever, the police are on their side. And then to have actually charged her with the battery against the officer offences! For like touching his hand when he blocked her getting back in her apartment whilst she got covered in blood during this ordeal herself. Omg. They set out there to achieve that outcome and achieved it, evidently. Just police abusing their power and manipulating a situation against a woman they seemingly suspected was a victim of abuse. Not cool. Not funny.
Are your constitutional rights really all that valuable? If I were in danger, being held hostage, and the cops had no idea that it was happening... I'd be MORE than happy if they busted into my apartment against my so-called rights, detained me, and wasted several hours of my day. I'm not dumb enough to bite the hand that feeds me. I'd rather lose a few hours going down to the station to answer questions when I'm not guilty than to be arrested for resisting (costing me probably a whole day, maybe more), or lose my life because I was in danger and wanted to cause problems. And if I happen to die when it could have been avoided? GOOD! Then I don't have to deal with this world's insanity. Put me to rest!
Got to be honest here, not a fan of this video. I dont understand why the police were going into her home. I also dont understand why she was arrested. A complaint may have been made, but it doesn't make sense. I think both parties could have handled this better all in all.
As someone who was in a da situation ( not trying to argue or say you're wrong just giving a different perspective ) I would lie all the time about my bruises and scraps. I had my eye almost swollen shut. The cops were called by someone who heard me yelling and I told them it was from working in the garden. That I was digging with a small shovel and i pulled to hard and it whacked me in the face. The cops believed it and moved on. Another time I had a cut going down the side of my face from a blade. The cops once again came and I said my niece threw a butter knife at me. That time they demanded to go inside. I fought them and told them just like the girl in the video they needed a search warrant and to get out. If they hadn't forced themselves in I would still be at that house. Getting beat on every other day.
I don't know the full situation but she's not entirely wrong ab the warrant. A noise complaint is not reason to search a residence, nor is a random call saying "illegal things are happening at this place" neither of those is reason to search with no warrant
If the random caller can state which illegal things they think are happening, and why they think that I feel like it should be a reason to get a search warrant quickly. I wouldn't want illegal things to be ignored if I noticed them... Sad that justice is fat and slow. It used to be swift and effective. Is it possible for an ideology to grow senile?
@@Lord_Shadowfang yes a warrant should be quicker to obtain, however I'd hate for my rights to be stripped away because a random guy called the police and said "something sus is afoot" or something. So you take the good with the bad.
@@frostdemen1 and that's fine, but protocol typically is have a consensual interaction. Then, as long as the person does nothing illegal right there (she didn't, she was drunk with friends at her house) the cops should leave. There seemed to be no probable cause to search her house. I'm gonna find the story on this one sec
Spitting is usually "malicious conduct by prisoner" which involves throwing bodily fluids at police, urine, feces, spit, etc... and is usually a felony.
By the looks, someone called for domestic disturbance. The state can press charges on the perpetrator for hitting her. She’s trying to protect him. They aren’t problem people. lol crazy.
She had friends in her apartment. And they might have been arguing. But non of them are her partner or family so it’s not domestic abuse. Apparently her friends said she was acting crazy. Definitely drunk
The female cop getting so TRIGGERED after getting spat on made me laugh then there's the other dude having his ankles pinched laughing his ass off ahahahaha
I mean if I was a stripper and genuinely had bruises from work but kept getting the "you're getting harmed by someone" accusation I'd be pissed too lol
same, and even if that *wasn't* the case and it really was a DV situation i sure as shit wouldn't be okay trying to discuss it right outside the door within earshot of the theoretical abuser
I had a cop knock on my door looking for some man. I hesitated to let the cop in because i smoke a little weed 😅 and I dont trust cops, but since the guy who they were looking for wasnt even there i thought agreeing to them coming in and looking around would be fine. Do NOT ever let a cop search your house without a warrant! That cop's attitude changed completely from being friendly and reasonable to becoming skeptical and questioning everything! My girlfriend was there and she had her hat and chewing Tabacco on the bookshelf, the cop seen it and was 💯% convinced I was hiding a man there 😂 and was upset when he left. He really believed i was hiding some strange man in my home and didnt believe me even after he checked my house!
So they put pressure on you just in case, and you're pissed off? What did you want them to do? Just leave and not look for the guy? What if he had broken in and was holding you hostage? Wouldn't you want them to be skeptical? I like how you didn't even mention that they didn't break or confiscate anything, even though you admitted to having those substances around, which I assume were illegal at the time. Sounds like you are bitching, because you need an excuse just to hate cops who are trying to make sure that you are safe. I get so sick of disgusting A-holes like you. You should also drink a tide-pod. They are what YOU need.
Fighting makes everything worse. I don't know why so many people still don't listen to the cops and follow simple instructions, (innocent or guilty). But people like this make great entertainment. 😂
Foot in the door is illegal notwithstanding any other issues. You have a right to stay in your house and not open the door as a solution. Illegal entry is an issue with bad policing, regardless of outcome. Stay inside, don't open the door, call 911 and report that there might be "imposters" or "impersonators" at the door.

Ken, you’re right the cops can only come in someone’s home if and only if they think someone’s life is at risk (without a warrant). A typical domestic isn’t life threatening, unless they have evidence to suggest it is, would not count.

its a "common misconception" because its a recent law. it used to be, and absolutely still should be required. the only reason its not is because officers are too damn stupid to remember them or to remember to use them in the appropriate time causing headaches for the cities. i guess justice and whats right isnt as important as legal efficiency.

Her choker looks like a collar with a lock. It could be a fashion statement, but it could also be a BDSM thing. That would explain the random bruises and scratches too
She called it a collar and wants to ensure it stays close so my guess is BDSM
I was thinking the same thing. If it is a BDSM thing, sometimes a collar is almost as important as a wedding ring.
Yeah, that and/or pole dancing! You can get "kisses" from pole dancing, which is any bruises or 'rug burn' from twirlin around. Very well could be both, or something else entirely
(Only rlly thought of this because she said she got them from dancing, though doesn't delve into it further)

It's a good thing they didn't yell at the victim, huh?
Came here to say this. They thought she was a victim and if she had just stayed calm and told the truth she wouldn't be looking at 3 felonies.
They were running a train. She's most likely a "woman of the night". IYKYK.

Lol.
Hold up no. The woman's behavior. That is also very insane. My bad.
SO her behavior makes sense for someone scared and panicking, not saying it’s okay at all
Very thankful, I get home everyday at the perfect time to get a new video! Thank you guys!b
Kinda sad if she's a victim of abuse and she also got arrested for trying to protect her abuser
@Lord_Shadowfang
If my ex had ever thought I'd report him to police, which I couldn't because you have to prove any sexual abuse isn't somehow willing at any point to even get past the police to even be considered for a judge....
@@Lord_Shadowfangyou're assuming abuse victims think clearly and constructively, but that is almost never how it works in real life.
@@Lord_Shadowfangwhat could or would happen if she did this, and what would she do afterwards? Even if all 5 were arrested immediately. What should she do next?

In all seriousness if this is a domestic violence call and they are questioning her right outside the door where her partner can hear thats extremely dangerous. And further more arresting the victim happens constantly and she will not call again. I never did. You are stigmatized the rest of your life and teaches victims to never call for help again.
Well, that’s nice, but this was definitely not a case of a “tyrannical government official” 😂
It looked like a women was trying to break into an apartment that she lied about being empty when it was actually probably full of her fellow drug addicts still trying to flush all the drugs down the drain 😂
Your profile picture makes me think you have experience in these matters.

@@aliciat2532 because she's talking about human trafficking when no one else will? It's real and it's happening and this poor woman in the video was definitely in danger.
I was just thinking about this in my head n you read it all out☠️
This actually made me feel quite uncomfortable watching how the police treated her.
Not cool. Not funny.
That happy birthday from ken hits different when it’s the day you were born 🎉
Ken is the type of person who would knowingly let the police violate his constitutional rights for the sake of avoiding confrontation.😂
Put me to rest!
that cop covering his nose is thinking i almsot didnt come in today
So, why did they start trying to arrest a victim of DV? This hurts my brain.
Did you watch her behavior...?
Also it's to separate her from her partner if she wants to make a complaint without his knowledge.
Everything points to bdsm/kink, not DV.
🎯🎯🎯
Exigent circumstances is why they could go inside. They wanted to make sure both parties were okay.
@@izzyha6173 I'm sorry that happened to you.
I don't know the full situation but she's not entirely wrong ab the warrant. A noise complaint is not reason to search a residence, nor is a random call saying "illegal things are happening at this place" neither of those is reason to search with no warrant
The cop did say the caller mentioned a girl screaming "stop" so I think they were under the impression something much worse was going on
If the random caller can state which illegal things they think are happening, and why they think that I feel like it should be a reason to get a search warrant quickly.
Most cops need a pat on the back for having sage level patience and professionalism dealing with people like this 😂
Cameras help and twerking
They only have that patience because of the camera. Most cops are violent.
Patience? Yeah, she 100% threw her own face at the floor.
Idk, that can be pretty hilarious at times and partly serves as entertainment for the cops, which helps them be patient..
Looks like those cops walked out with “chubbies…”
Ken, I'm gonna go with C, all of the above 💯
13:45 They only need to read you your rights when they start asking you questions for an investigation.
My favorite part of my birthday is being told happy birthday by Ken!
So wait. They arrested this clearly drunk and clearly unstable girl for.......what?? No one was pressing charges?
Disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, lying to a police officer,
Feeling so good today ❤..of ken saying happy birthday 🎂..today is my birthday..🎉❤..love your videos ken !
Happy birthday 🥳🎉🎉
Happy birthday! 🎂
Odd this didn't come up in my notifications, good thing I check CTK daily
Well... that's a hell of a title 😂
The female cop getting so TRIGGERED after getting spat on made me laugh then there's the other dude having his ankles pinched laughing his ass off ahahahaha
You wouldnt be mad at being spit on during height of COVID?
I don't blame her, theres lots of STDs in stripper spit.
And this was during the Covid times, she probably was worried about catching it!
What, is that a fetish of yours that'd u be ok with it...?
Gross
I mean yeah getting ur ankle pinched is a lot less aggravating than getting spit on 😭 who tf pinches ankles
I am rolling on the floor 😂 When he said he ripped his pants open, I just about died laughing!
Stripper of the Year Award 🥇
Awe I got a little toast beside my name 😂 love it 😍
I mean if I was a stripper and genuinely had bruises from work but kept getting the "you're getting harmed by someone" accusation I'd be pissed too lol
It's better to be safe (or make sure someone else is safe) than be sorry later.
It's hard to explain pole bruises when you're drunk but those are def pole bruises lol
@@Martyna456 being aggressive w someone who is a victim isn't the move either
same, and even if that *wasn't* the case and it really was a DV situation i sure as shit wouldn't be okay trying to discuss it right outside the door within earshot of the theoretical abuser
@@lacey892 Nobody was aggressive with her. She was aggressive with everybody else. You guys really give yourselves away, don't you?
Cool story, bro
Yup, never let them in and never answer questions! If they have a warrant they coming in anyway. Lol!
You don't even need to open the door. Don't give them any reason to go into your home and always ask for a warrant and ID.
When she kept repeating "I dance", I heard Emma Stone's "let's dance~"
I already know by the title this video is gonna be funny 😂
I just woke up and was confused by the title and thumbnail 😂
When they put her in the truck she sounds like a cat on its way to the vet, spitting mad 😂
have you seen the recent footage of the shoplifter fleeing from the cops and running into a pole , and the guy laughing , its brilliant
Hey Ken, love your videos man!
Literally just checked to see if new video was out. Wooooooo
My birthday was 6 days ago smfh. I watch CTK every day except for my birthday every single year without fail. Why am I like this
Ugh me too I think this will be year 4 maybe..? I’ll see how I go. Thinking of setting an alarm 😂
9:21when the officer brushes her legs out from underneath her 😂😂😂😂
And she runs off into the distance… twerking 😂🤣😂
iono. this lady's civil rights are being violated. I don't need you to like her, but her rights ought to still be respected.
Millenials had "don't taze me, bro" & Gen-Z had "taze me, daddy." 😂
Fighting makes everything worse. I don't know why so many people still don't listen to the cops and follow simple instructions, (innocent or guilty). But people like this make great entertainment. 😂
😂😂😂😂 been a long week i needed this 😂😂😂
that necklace looks like a leash
Oh wow I'm actually lol. "Stop pinching" 😂😂😂😂😂
Love u guys ... my gym buddies. Am sure people at me laughing my head off on the stair climber 🥰😂
Sorry bruh... If you gonna blur and black out everything gotta just watch the original.
Edit: well im back... Its blurred on the original too lol
yeah ken didn't blur anything, the original was already blurred.
ken questioned out loud why the video was blurred twice
@@glebglub yes I didn't make it that far before I commented. I corrected myself wtf else you want from me why you gotta bust my balls.
That would’ve worked back in the days before mandatory police cams.
0:51 How would she have a key to the apartment if it was not her apartment?😂
It's not hard to find shit on the ground😂😂
Could be house sitting for someone and have a key? There's a lot of answers to your question if you actually stopped to think its really not that hard. Regardless of the outcome she needed to provide proof AKA her driver's license or any document with her residency on it
Ken turning into Markiplier 😂😂😂 “Hello Officer” 😂🤣
Twerk my way to freedom? 🤔
Well, still better than paying bond, I guess. 🤷♂️
Improvise, adapt, overcome
Ken, you’re right the cops can only come in someone’s home if and only if they think someone’s life is at risk (without a warrant). A typical domestic isn’t life threatening, unless they have evidence to suggest it is, would not count.
Middle Class Diddy Party 😭 8:17
Middle class?!
Try Lowest class!!! 🤮
White Trash diddy party 😂
Great video Ken!
