I could listen for ages to your beautiful appealing voice talking about all those interesting topics.. incredibly informative and relaxing ... unique because it´s not about make-up, shopping hauls and the like ... thanks and go on!!!!
@@TheFrenchWhispererASMR hi there. I am only 6 years too late lol is that Remy XO? Iove that cognac. You have expensive taste! I love France and Paris, in particular. I used to live there. I was a nanny for 2 years from 1994 to 1996. My dream was to meet a French man and marry him but it never materielised. Mdr I only found you because I saw people on Reddit asking where yiu went to. I read your reply then, i googled you! I only found you in 2021 and I am so happy that I did. Im so happy that you returned too. I listen to you every night and when o need, an afternoon nap too. My favourite videos of yours are the historical ones. I watch them over and over because, although I love reading and learning, I couldn't listen to an hour or so of scientific and planetary ones. I love nature too but o wouldn't be able to relax, hearing about trees, ants etc. I know about ants as I love the discovery channel. Ill watch those nature and scientific ones, during the day. Would you be interested in doing videos on the likes of the world's richest families such as the Vanderbilts and other banking families, plus families that made it big in America from oil and the railroads too? I know of the Hearst family but im not into their media story. I love the Romanovs too. They plus the Vanderbilts were the richest families, in the world in their heyday. I love Russian history too and i have read a few books about Rasputin and a Russian princess from his time too. I would love to visit Russia next. God bless, stay safe, kind regards from Ireland xxx
A $150 bottle of cognac is a pretty nice reward! I've said it before, but I'll say it again, your ASMR videos are great. As a current Soldier in the US Army, I've turned to ASMR videos to help me relax from past experiences, and have been listening to them for years now. However, these are by far the best, even compared to Maria's (GentleWhispering) and ASMRrequests. Thanks again for taking the time to do these!
Wow impressive compliment, thanks a lot ;). Knowing that these videos actually help people to feel better or sleep well is very rewarding for me, more than any cognac!
I just love everything about your videos, your amazing voice, the fascinating topics, the lack of blaring commercials .... you are the King of relaxation and ASMR videos. Thank you so very much for inventing this perfect place to rest, relax and learn something interesting.
How on earth have i missed your channel? Fascinating, educational, relaxing, AND one of the best bass voices I've ever heard? Lol Pleasure to meet you, monsieur :)
Ahh your voice is like a smooth dark chocolate, fine wine, a fluffy golden retriever puppy, soft blanket, an amazing pair of socks, and a bubble bath all at once!! ...It's suppose to be a compliment, I promise.
Merci de nous faire découvrir et partager ta collection de livres! Je suis absolument fan de ce genre de vidéos! C'est très agréable de t'entendre tourner les pages! :)
So glad books from the 1700s still are around and all beautiful and are in excellent quality. I envy you so much! The oldest book I have is from the 1980s! :(
Merci! J'attends la suite de tes vidéos, allez, au boulot! ;). J'ai fait un peu de pub pour ta chaîne dans la description de ma vidéo sur les pyramides, j'espère que ça contribuera à sa reconnaissance car elle le mérite. A bientôt.
J'y travaille, j'y travaille. :-). Un immense merci pour ton coup de pouce !! C'est vraiment très gentil. Je te laisse un commentaire sur ta superbe vidéo " Secret des pyramides" Encore une fois, un immense bravo pour TOUTES tes vidéos. À très bientôt. .
bonjour! je suis corèenne. merci! c'est belle.^^ i am learning french in university and i cant speak well but you and many french authors give inspiration to me. :) i wanna learn french more deeply. and your english is very nice!
I'm wondering what sort of cognac your drinking? Would you do a video about the history of Cognac? I know Courvoisier was Napoleon's preferred drink and he took hundreds of bottles with him into exile but that's about it!
Rather than the brand, it is the category that matters (VSOP, XO...) and it depends on the aging in wood barrels before bottling. I have the history of Whiskey in my list of topics already, but I could do Cognac too.

I do not really speak Italian, I can read it and understand a simple conversation but as I never really studied it I am unable to actually say something. Sorry :)
Do you, by any chance, happen to own any old fountain pens? Given some of the other things you seem to be interested in, it seems entirely possible that you might. I have always kind of been fascinated with pens, and I've actually managed to put together something of a decent collection.
Roflcopter4b No I do not know much about fountain pens, I like them too but never had the opportunity to really learn more or start collecting them. This may be something I will start later in my life!
The French Whisperer It's definitely something I would recommend! Maybe it's just me, but there is something unique about using a fountain pen. Not only is it far easier on the hand and more physically pleasant, but there's something nostalgic about it. It feels so anachronistic. It pulls you back in time, back away from our ubiquitous technology. And yes, I know how cheesy this sounds. I could talk and talk about fountain pens; their origin; spread; evolution; their peak; the vast array of brands that appeared, some of which grew and others failed outright, and still others grew and fell later; the varieties and styles of pen, from ultra flexible pens to rigid nails, from primitive pens that you filled with an eyedropper to pens with astonishingly complicated filling mechanisms; and then the arrival of the ballpoint, the collapse of the fountain pen, the desperate struggle of the stragglers, and the eventual acceptance of defeat; the modern legacy, pens that are the shadow of what they were, shallow status symbols not fit to lick the boots of their ancestors. See? I should just stop here or I'll bore everyone to death.

I love the ambience in this video. The cognac, the books, the small globe and the table. Very scholarly. Nice one!
If there was a bottle of cognac or any other spirit in my classroom, people would be far more relaxed.

Do you speak Italian per chance? I'm trying to teach it to myself for a trip to Rome and the content of your videos would be incredible practice. :)

how much does a bottle of remy cost in france?
... What do you do for a living? You have exquisite taste.
I'm sure most people were asleep then, but the L ast book was written by ambassador from Prussia not Persia.:)
All he needs now is a dress sense from the 1920s and then he is the epitome of a gentleman.
The only problem with this video is the 480p quality
mmm.. cognac ~
Where are you??!! I’d love 💗 to share some cognac with you!!
