Definitely been feeling ashamed of my body even though it's getting better i still think its ugly feeling like surgery is the only way to be pretty enough and even then I won't be enough but I will get there
I think most people are feeling this way..even the ones we think are perfect with the perfect life..so many beautiful, successful hollywood people have depression or worse, despite the beauty, money and fame..
I have tried something new and it has been very helpful your channel is a big part of me deciding to do this I say out loud I am my own lover I definitely fear relationships and letting people get close I also have decided to be my own girlfriend it is helping with self image and a bonus of being my own girlfriend is dating myself is half as expensive 😊 so saving money in the process
