  • Join me for a sunrise paddle on Somenos Lake and experience the awe of mist and sweet gale drifting in the morning glow before journeying up Richards Creek in search of the quirky and industrious little birds that bring cuteness and life to the marshland.

Thanks Doug, that is what we always hope for, isn't it, and of course great subjects and lighting help so much. It was such an extraordinary day, I was glad to have captured it.

Hey, great to meet you! It must take quite a bit of work joining the videos and shots in sync like that...

Hey Sheri, yes, I'm still working to remember the editing processes each time I do a video. Not doing it frequently enough, so I have to revisit my tutorials! The new software I'm using really helps, it's called Davinci Resolve, free and very powerful. But there is a learning curve for sure. Thanks for visiting my channel and leaving a comment. I'm interested in connecting with other nature videographers on the island, so it is great to meet you too!

@@stillinthestream Thanks for the info! Writing it down. Don't think I'll risk it on our aging computer, but perhaps one day... It is fun finding other islanders!! :))
