- Perhaps my favourite ending to an episode of EastEnders ever. So epic and a great lead-up to the 'Who Shot Phil?' storyline. Fantastic stuff.

Phil treated Lisa like rubbish and broke her as a person, if he treated her properly then he would have had Louise all the way through aswell till now, Grant treated Tiffany like this aswell and he lost her
Bus And Tube Train Lover Phil never truly loved Lisa so I don’t think he would have wanted to keep her. I’m not excusing the way he treated her but he never loved her. Grant only realised he loved Tiffany after the damage was done.
Acceptable InD80s True. Its like everything Phil did, Grant has done before. Although Grant did feel bad about his behaviour. Phil just doesn’t care.
The reason Phil acted the way he did with Lisa was because she was obssessive and beyond clingy. She frequently showed him up by getting drunk and in all fairness I thought she was annoying to say the least. Phil liked a woman with fight like Kathy and Sharon. Lisa was all about poor me all the time. Doesn't excuse the way he treated her but look at the way she treated Mark. That was a lot worse.
@@chrisrowe7503 Lisa was crazy, after all she shot Phil, she was more dangerous than Phil in that respect.
0:41 Mark should've picked up on Lisa being treacherous by her walking past him, not acknowledging him like that.

This soap was unrealistic all these woman after Phil no woman would want that man looming over them
Especially with his track record of abusing them, I’m sure they would stay far away from him
I imagine what it would be like if Phil could be redeemed where it turns out that the Phil we've seen over the last 20 years isn't the real Phil at all but an evil twin who's a dead ringer that Peggy and Eric gave up for adoption who has come back to Walford in an attempt to get revenge for him being given up as a baby and the real Phil is in a 20 year coma after the Thames river crash back in '99. I know it's a bit far-fetched though so I don't know if it would float.

Phil's standing on the pavement whilst Mark is standing on the road. The pavement usually tends to be at a higher elevation than the road hence why Phil looks taller.
Steve isn’t even 5’8. Back then, he was like 5’6-5’7 and about 5’5 nowadays.

Is it wrong to say that I think that Lisa was kind of desperate?
I'm not sure if she was generally desperate, but she was definitely desperate to have Phil's love. Hence why she had an affair and chose to be with dirt like Phil rather than a dependable man like Mark.
