One tip regarding using the instant pot/pressure cooker, don’t add too much liquid to whatever you’re cooking, before applying the pressure cook mode, as the meat/veg will release their own moisture. This is best if you don’t want to have too much fluid in your dishes. You can always add water after if needed to make a gravy/shorba to your desired consistency xx
I was so excited that you finally got an instant pot🎉🎉 I absolutely love mine and you will find that it will save you so much time the only thing I have found with mine is that you don't have to put a lot of liquid in there because the foods give off liquid also. Follow your recipe after you get used to using your instapot you will find out that you do not need to use as much liquid as some of the recipes call for. RUclips has thousands of recipe videos everything from yogurt to spaghetti yes people actually make spaghetti with meat and sauce in the instant pot. And I pray you don't have to use all those plasters but I know exactly what you're saying no sooner you buy them everybody falls and needs them.
