    Yhooo, this girl is very strong emotionally...I so wish the government can place her in a place of government work for her to heal naturally especially if she is not working...it can be in a local hospital or school or police station...

      Rumors are they stole the car, went partying and were returning home at 4am when they got into the crash.
      There's a video on Facebook of them dancing around and drinking with boxes of alcohol in the boot of the Avanza.

      @@NATE.M regardless if they indeed “stole” the car the parents must still be charged for negligence leading to the deaths of the other road users. The parents were not careful enough about their children and car.

    I hear her but balance me here: the video trending has the same people who died in the car crash, the same flip flops they wore on the video are there at the accident scene. So the deceased always travelled together at the same time? Wore same clothes always? Also tests will be conducted for alcohol consumption and we will know. There is a high possibility beyond reasonable doubt that alcohol was involved here.

      He lost control of the car, hit something which caused the Tyre to burst, the the car swerved in front of the truck. That's my understanding.

    • @sibongakonkedludla9540
      @sibongakonkedludla9540 3 месяца назад +2

      It's possible the negligence, is the car not being properly maintained. Tires have been expensive, so it's possible they weren't fit for travel.

    • @danielogana3972
      @danielogana3972 3 месяца назад +2

      @@SirAwilo Yes. it can be both. If there’s negligence in checking tyre pressure or status of the tyre or rims or tires and we get the bust both events have been achieved in one event.
      Regardless the following truth prevails worldwide and to a lesser extent here: “Machines make no mistakes, people do”. Let’s take responsibility for our actions or failures or mistakes.

If The youth had permission from their parents to go out with the car though they were not licenced to drive the parents are liable both criminally and in tort. They the youth stole their family car the same will apply here in that the parents should have done better keeping the car keys well hidden.
