Rumors are they stole the car, went partying and were returning home at 4am when they got into the crash. There's a video on Facebook of them dancing around and drinking with boxes of alcohol in the boot of the Avanza.
@@NATE.M regardless if they indeed “stole” the car the parents must still be charged for negligence leading to the deaths of the other road users. The parents were not careful enough about their children and car.

Poleni sana. The parents or guardians of the driver must be charged with culpable homicide. And the parents or guardians of the dead must sue the parents mentioned above for damages, etc. Poleni sana sana.
I hear her but balance me here: the video trending has the same people who died in the car crash, the same flip flops they wore on the video are there at the accident scene. So the deceased always travelled together at the same time? Wore same clothes always? Also tests will be conducted for alcohol consumption and we will know. There is a high possibility beyond reasonable doubt that alcohol was involved here.

Hello. I agree with you fully. It's not about the driver's license. Speed alcohol and trying to trend with all these spinning and recklessly driving that people see as entertainment is the cause of all this.
Such maturity I hope she doesn't break down after a while my deepest condolences to her family and may those departed RIP

Tyre burst, negligence, what are you saying is the cause? Can't be both
They were all intoxicated
He lost control of the car, hit something which caused the Tyre to burst, the the car swerved in front of the truck. That's my understanding.
It's possible the negligence, is the car not being properly maintained. Tires have been expensive, so it's possible they weren't fit for travel.
