Happy fifteenth birthday to a girl born twelve years ago my head hurts 😂
When it came back in 2023 it was 2 years later so went from 2022 to 2024.

How is Nell 15? She was only 5 or 6 in 2019. Very confusing.
The show skipped a few years ahead when it was rebooted, a lot of stuff that happened in the meantime was a part of the plot with the new episodes.
Tbh I think they forgot about the time loop sometimes

@@cornish_beachlover You’re not meant to overthink it lol, it just is what it is. The same age disparity would go for every character, they just made new storylines as if a few years had passed.
She was 10 when the show ended. Add on 18 months the show was off air, then add on the two year time hop. So technically she would have been 14 on that birthday anyway, so they just aged her up another year which is totally normal on soaps to age up kids when they get to about 10

Only 2 year time jump. When it started again on 18th September 2023 it was 2024 to them. Nell was born 7th December 2011 so as this was 2024 even though to us watching it it was 2023 she should have been 13 not 15. So the episodes we are watching now should be into 2025 but I bet at some point they hope we forget and it will be 2024 again lol! They do that on soaps for some reason age kids a few years. I remember in Home and Away they did it with Duncan Stewart lol!

@@andrewward2010 the year is exactly the same as IRL. It's 2024 in neighbours. Yes they time hopped 2 years, but don't overthink it.
