is 85lb good for a beginner? I can do 85 riser and pronation with my elbow on my knee and like 70-75 with good form but after that my bicep opens up. new to training want to know how i stack up 18 male 205
I bet he's a bit tore down during these lifts as well. The day of the match will probably be when he's the strongest, so he might be able to lift significantly more on that day (were he to not have a match).
