This is the best video I've seen on making an infinity dress. Love your accent. Thanks for sharing. What fabric did you use? Stretchy polyester? Thanks!!
Just discovered your channel ! And girl it is amazing!! I've seen a whole bunch of DIYs over the years but none of them has ever made me want to learn to sew as much as yours ! I've binged watched a bunch of your videos now and 5 hours later, i'm currently learning sewing haha ! And keep on commenting, girl you are hilarious !!!
I'm a New sub to your channel. Your comments have me laughing so hard! Love your personality and can't wait to binge watch all your other videos to see what other funny things you have to say! And this dress is amazing!!!!
Sadly I’m honestly not sure coz I’m not so familiar with fabric types yet 😅 When I bought the fabric I told her I wanted to make a gown and she just randomly started giving me fabrics and I chose the one I liked most lol But when you go to the fabric shop just get something stretchy - it’ll make it easier to style the dress! Hope this helps 🤷🏽♀️
Do you have any advice for what to do about to cover up the skin in front and at the back, for people who are a bit more uncomfortable with leaving it out,?
Giiiirl ,, i swear I have the exact same dress,, only in green,, and I’ve had it since 2015 I guess,,(gift) I’ve only worn it like 5 times i think 🤔🤔🤔 or less mainly because I didn’t have different ways of wearing it,, i mostly style it as a skirt,, with a tube crop top,, then drape the two materials left on my shoulder,, like this wahindi vibe,, maaanze life saveeer,, this is definitely useful, amazing as always 🤩😍,, start a clothing line already 💃🏾💃🏾
Haha I’m so glad you’ve found this video helpful!!❤️ As for the clothing line - hopefully someday it’ll come to be but for now, I’m glad you’re enjoying the DIYs ❤️
If it’s loose at the waist it’s not gonna work, that’s why I also added the band - just to make it easier to wear & also camouflage the top of the gathers. You can defo put elastic for more security - if you don’t, just make sure the skirt part fits you 👌🏽
Thank you so much for answering, hopefully I’ll make it soon💕 Also just wanted to say I found your channel this afternoon and basically binge watched all of your videos. Keep up with the good work sis🥰

What kind of fabric is this? It's so nice and thick and the end result looks amazing!
Pretty! What kind of fabric did you use?

Has to be a polyester blend for the stretch

I’m very happy that I found your channel thank you God bless the work of your hands
Aw, thank you so much ❤️❤️
What kind of fabric did she use?? I love this!
Most common is a polyester + spandex blend, you gotta look for a 4 way/multi stretch fabric!
What fabric did you use?
Four way stretch is the best to use for something like this. I'll be using trilobal fabric
Do you have any advice for what to do about to cover up the skin in front and at the back, for people who are a bit more uncomfortable with leaving it out,?
What types of material do you recommend is good for this?
Wow cute dress am gonna try this look i promise. Thanks for the DIY.

You see where you gathered your skirt... I'd you do not put elastic is it not hard yo wear?
