That really was an impressive comeback. they didn't give up, no matter how dire it looked in that last minute. Too bad A.D couldn't clutch the shot & they couldn't continue in O.T.

AD is not the one to blame, he went 13-14 from the freethrow line. He is the most efficient player on the floor by any measurement.

Those free throws never even happen if a) the refs have eyes, or b) the Sixers have a time-out left to challenge the steal.
Not even the best Lakers comeback. Look up the 27 point 4th quarter comeback against Dallas Shaq and Kobe pulled off. Hell, T-Mac's Houston comeback on San Antonio was better than this.

The Spurs played near perfectly in the last 35 seconds except for a pump fake foul on a 4 point play and a late turnover when the basketball gods decided T-Mac would get the ball back to hit the dagger 3. There was nothing that could stop T-Mac in that time. A close second is the Zach Lavine miracle against the Hornets. This was just a bunch of sloppiness, carelessness and stupidity from the Sixers on their end, not to take anything away from the Lakers' effort...
We need the Lakers to play like this every night: hustle hustle hustle. And for AD to make them crucial FTs. This game was theirs for the taking.

I had a 8 situation parley and in this final collapse the last few legs came in. Lebron gave me 20points& 5 assist , AD give me a 20 point double-double( and missed the key freethrow) Embid got me a 25 point double double, and Harden give me a 20 point double double. Except Harden had 19 points nearly the end of regulation and I was hoping he'd get fouled to shoot and hit atleast 1 free-throw. Then it went to overtime, when in overtime it was a Harden-Time OT and my parley hit.
Thats was a sweet game.

I've been watching the Lakers since early 1980's. The Lakers are at their worst era since 1980's. It's disappointing to watch the Lakers nowadays and my blood boils when they lose like this. For some teams, losing a close game like this wakes them up and they never repeat the same mistake but the Lakers continue to make the same mistakes over and over. I'm at a point now that I don't even want to watch the Lakers anymore.

@3:18 I'm up late still sick, man we had basically a 4 on 1 fastbreak to win the game, but AD, nor Russ wanted the ball in they hand & both passed too quick 😪, but AD has to finish that Layup, it didn't seem to be that much contact for him to flare his arms wildly & lose focus 🤔, the Reaves miss not that bad because it would of still just went to OT had he made em all & we was BUTT CHEEKS in OT, we just blew a 17pt 4th lead vs Pacers, & had a chance to right that wrong wit a steal here 😭

If the Sixers had a timeout left, that AD steal gets overturned on a challenge and those AD free throws never really happen. Laker lovers should save all that "he blew it" business for Austin, coz AD actually fixed his miss when you had no business going back to the line.
