This is why we should only give credit to any player that can play the game at a high level but most important conduct themselves at the highest professional level in order to gain respect from sponsors / spectators... I agree with many people's opinion about Timbo because even as a much younger kid he always had that attitude no matter what ! He does have the passion to want to be the best but his environment got the best of him... WHY CAN'T WE JUST ELIMINATE ALL THE BAD APPLES OF THE GAME !
@monstroc You give a warning, then take a point, then a second point. Flipping out after that means that the player just doesn't care. If you can't keep it together after the third infraction, then whose fault is that?
It's definitely time for a change.
you are a youtube god, and these videos keep me playing.
good shit, please keep it up.
GIO IS A BEAST HIS LEFT ONLY WOW AMZING AND GREAT RECORDING DUDE GREAT JOB
@MistahYaoShing It's in carnarsy around rockaway parkway...it's called the "H.E.S" long for "Hebrew Educational Stadium"
i really appreciate the effort in going to the indoor courts to record the game. keep it up please!!
ur da man .....that's what i call devotion!!....can't beleive you went to H.E.S. to get the rest of the game...good shit man!!
How the hell does Gio always hit the ball so squarely on the backhand shots?!
@CallMeClutchh Top "A" players like Rookie, WIlly, Carlin...ect..that i have spoke with explained to me that handball cant go far cause if the attitude of the players in the game...why would huge companies wanna waste their money and time on a street sport and players who cant act right? We need to clear ourselves, and start following rules. And a game cant make it big, unless we have players that have sportsmanship..
yes I've been waiting to see this one. good looking out drago!! (also good judgment in editing out the crying fits)
crazy backhand
@monstroc Good! If a guy is determined to flip out after a warning, and continues after a point deduction, then he deserves to get bounced. It'll make a huge impression on the others if a major player eliminates himself because of this.
Back in the 80's I grew up watching players curse out refs at tournaments and began thinking that this is the way the (handball) world works.'Everybody else is doing it, so it must be OK'. It's definitely time to start 'deprogramming' guys.
its called skills and practice
@CallMeClutchh The game that it is now is because of the players, and is never going to be a Professional game unless we change the way our players act. They barely follow any rules, and they disregard it. And thats not how a game is supposed to be played...
looked like timbo was getting mad tight at gios performance, what did he expect when gio can only use one hand -.-
@BrooklynHandBall10 Or we can issue immediate warnings, followed by point deductions, followed by forfeiture. You do that to enough of the popular (out of control) players and things will start to clean up. I'd love to hear responses to this.
@justin90876 Timbo is a great player, but it looks like he's one of those guys that can't handle adversity. Anytime I see him flipping out it's usually during those times when the game is starting to 'slip away'. Is anybody seeing differently?
As good as timbo was and might be - nobody dominated the court like rookie. He was so precise and so aggressive. Now the game is a matter of holding on until the next unforced error. Nobody has the heart and skill to just take over every time.
I'll maintain, rookie number one all time. Deal with it.
@BrooklynHandBall10 I gotta admit, I get caught up in wanting to see the arguments also. But you are 100% correct. There's a greater good in NOT publicizing it. Similar to the TV networks that tune away when some idiot decides to run onto the field during a sporting event. You convinced me.
As great a player as Timbo is, he needs to control his ego and temper.
@xKonVicteR the thing is i dont think timbos left is offensive but still gio cant use his right cuz of nerve damage.
i like how rookie took charge by not letting timbo and edward get into a fight
lmao timbo thought rookie tripped him but he just stood there lol
damn, if paul has to step in, then thats some serious business.
@ransak918 - I really like the way Gio handles himself lately.. He experienced something outside of N.Y. where they were making fun of him about his attitude which probably opened up his eyes... I have helped Timbo along with many others develop his game when he was much younger at St. James park but he always had that attitude... Still he must understand that he has many players looking up to him but he has lost alot of respect from many players / legends as well especially when he lose a match
Thanks for doing everything in your power to make sure this match gets recorded. I admire your passion.
On a side note....somebody get the whaaaaaaaambulance for Timbo.
where is this indoor?
oh and yes drago ur the bestest for going to the hes to record the rest of the game
yoo everybody 4get timbo emotions lets give it up for the camera man giving us the under the weather scoop thx you man he could have turned off the camera
when i saw gio starting to use his right i was cringing and waiting for the pain to kick in. must have hurt like hell
@CallMeClutchh I only referenced Tiger to give you what I believe is the corporate policy toward financing talented players with negative images. They take their money and bail. Obviously, Timbo & Tiger are on complete different levels.
Yes, there are many positive examples in handball. My point is to keep the bad behavior from becoming a trend (again). I agree that one cursing crybaby is not going to hold back the sport (unless he was the undisputed TOP guy). But it definitely ain't helping!
Thanks bro, For going to the indoor spot :P.
@hookmasteriii Didn't know he started at St. James. Banging around with those guys will toughen your game quick. For as long as I can remember they've always had a strong pool of players there.
was gio hand hurt?
Timbo would be such a great player if it wasn't for that temper man. He's wants every shot even when his partner is there.
@CallMeClutchh When handball goes main stream and professional, you think i would care if people goes ape shit and curse and stuff? No, i wont care a bit...it's getting it professional right now, so we need to be in our best behavior..or at lest try for the sake of handballs future.
@CallMeClutchh unsportmen like conduct will not help the sport grow. especially when its shown so clearly here on youtube for everyone to see
Timbo's right about Edward landing on his leg on the last volley.
Timbo needs to chill with the drama. I feel bad for Gio, having his name disgraced by playing with someone like Timbo. And for his right hand too.
whats the address to that indoor handball spot?
why would timbo team with gio when gio can only use his left lol
we need really strict refs who even disqualify. We need refs who know the rules really well. Don't put in a contestant who has participated in the tournament as refs... we need our players to have good conduct too and than handball will go far...I hope.
@ransak918 Oooops! ....couldn't get to 'a' shot.....
why even play the game if u know u cant do 100% they lost because of gio .. i gio was playing with both hands it would be a different story.. playing handicapped and then whining about it in the end is their own fault . gg regardless. timbo is always been like that ..
It's iight. Gio only played with his left.
@clmblilpimp247 Timbo is becoming one of those guys that's always looking around for an excuse as to 'why he missed or couldn't get to shot'. Correction: He's not always looking for an excuse. Only when the game is in jeopardy.
@BrooklynHandBall10 I agree. The problem is that our sport needs to get off of the ground floor first. Those other sports are established. The MMA might be a great example. They had to do a lot of cleaning up and catering to get accepted by a majority of the public. And those guys are fighting! lol.
@popobrainz i agree with you 1 Billion% bro!!!. Thats why i try not to put up the arguments...no matter how much people wanna see it..we want this to be a "Professional" sport, not just another thug street game..
TONY ref = loss for gio facts
Timbo gotta watch the way he talks to people. Hes just a kid hes gona end up getting stabbed
@SHOOTTHAFAIR1 ... and thats why unfortunately this sport wont go no where because of this unprofessionalism in this game. people should enforce rules.. watch how fast this sport will grow
dam... i feel so bad for gio falls in agony...
@justin90876 hes immature. hes only 20 years old. hes still a baby. he has much to learn.
@ransak918 - I have to agree myself personally can't stand crybabies which I don't care how good their skillset is... Here is another point the I really don't like what Timbo is doing only when he loses... HE DOES NOT SHAKE THE OPPONENTS HAND ! USUALLY, WALKS OFF LIKE A SORE LOSER !!! Now - if he beats you he will be the 1st to give you a hug or handshake then tell you how good you played ? Timbo's image is hurting his game - he should ask Gio for advice because Gio was much worst !
11:52 ouch >_< he should really wear gloves to prevent injuries like that...
@CallMeClutchh all those antics are all off court. you very rarely see an athlete go cursing people off like that. timbo bitches and loses it every time ON the court; you cant have that. off the court i doubt anyone would really care what he does
@hookmasteriii Yeah, Gio has definitely come a long way. It's a lot easier to root for him now.
The premium 'A' players should pull Timbo aside and have a talk with him (if they haven't already). It's getting to the point that you're waiting for his 'flip out' session.
had it not been for all the anger gio and timbo might have win tinbo let dud get in his head rule 1 composer
Referee should give him a technical.
@medina2 your welcome :)
@CallMeClutchh I think it goes a bit further than money. Companies will always run to the money, but will run away (faster) from the attachment of an idiot player. Look at how quickly most sponsors run from 'recognized' athletes that do (or get caught doing) something stupid. They don't want their business/product to inherit the negative stink of whatever that player is developing a reputation for. Tiger Woods, O.J., Kobe (during the rape thing). Those are just the ones off the top of my head.
CHECK OUT - HANDBALL 183rd
11:24 = Mentally defeated.
@TRUBLOO his right finger has nerve dmg
@hookmasteriii The guy's a great player with a sour attitude. Hopefully he can get it under control before he has 'everyone' rooting against him & making catcalls from the sideline.
@SHOOTTHAFAIR1 I doubt he'll get STABBED, but he will be forced to stand tall and back up all that screamin' & yelling. I've seen a few fistfights adjust a lot of attitudes. (It fixed mine when I was younger. lol.) Hopefully Timbo won't let it get to that point.
"who has soap? Lets to take a shower!" LOL
LOOOL gio @ 00:50
@ 11:41 gio used his right lol
