The reason she keeps squeezing after it SEEMS like there’s no more puss is she needs to fully flush the cavity. If any infection remains in the cavity, it’s likely that it will fill back up. By doing a thorough removal of all infected material, she is increasing the chances of a full recovery for the patient. Also, remember that this is a very close up shot, so the amount of blood may look like a lot, but in reality, it’s nothing to be concerned about

With purulent discharge (seen right when the technician pierced the skin), it is known that this is an abscess caused by bacteria, not a cyst. No matter how many times it is drained or excised, the patient will not recover completely without the use of antibiotics. PLEASE refer this person to a medical professional so they can be prescribed antibiotics to treat the underlying infection and it doesn't spread to the bloodstream, possibly causing blood poisoning or sepsis. As south east asian, i also had this. Its actually gigh contagious and I got it from my classmate. The problem in popping this thing is if you pop it make sure its done 1 time. Even if it hurtsssss so much you have to bare it. Also make sure to clean it thoroughly. Also apply alcohol on the area where the pus got contact when the time you pop it.
The big bump on his ear looked like MRSA which is a staph infection it's very resistant to antibiotics hard to treat and will spread to other areas of the body if it's not properly drained and cleaned and not just the pop area the entire area thar could have come in contact with any of the blood, pus or anything that popped out of that bump. It's also very contagious to other people if they have contact with anything that has touched that bump. This popper should not have used the same blade after popping that first bump and her gloves needed to be changed plus the entries area needed disinfected. I've had MRSA it was very hard to get rid of I was on antibiotics for a year had multiple bumps come up and it's very painful 100 times more painful then a bad pimple or boil it leaves large holes and scars the infection kills the surrounding tissues under the skin leaving large holes. You can actually due from MRSA this is why people should never go to a pimple popper with no medical degree in skin care or any type of training in the skin care profession. These poppers on these type of videos are not licensed educated or trained skin professionals. In Vietnam they don't even need experience in pimple popping. I live in the USA where there is the best medical in the world and still had a hard time treating MRSA. And its one of the reasons the USA doesnt allow these type of pimple popping shops. I don't get how people think these video are lic trained professional and the correct way to treat acne. I've seen people get mad when someone says anything negative about these popping video they truly believe this is how you treat acne and the proper way to pop pimples. They do things different in Vietnam then in the USA and other western countries. It's a poor country going to school for something that specialized cost money that many don't have so I guess they do they best they can. I feel bad for the clients they also think they are getting proper treatments. But I do like to watch the videos I'm amazed at how bad someone these people faces are. I like seeing how big each pop is always hope the next is bigger then the last. It amazes me how these people don't pick their own face and why they wait so long to get popped.

The problem with how they drain the big ones like that is that you can’t give it 2 seconds to rehydrate with blood because that’s what’s happening , I used to get those all the time you have to attack it till a few rocks come out just squeeze n harder n harder no breaks to wipe, then the white rocks come out and you’re good

I find it fascinating when someone with flaky, dry skin but then oil clogged pores too. I did read that the climate causes a lot of oily skin in Vietnam, which explains so many oily skin videos, but such dry skin with all the oil is interesting.
I grew up with oily skin in the tropics and had flaky skin as well. Over production of oil causes buildup of sebum and dead skin. A good face washing routine with a weekly exfoliation really helped to keep my skin clear.
You should see my face when I watch these videos, like completely "this is so gross!", but at the same time I'm here again to watch! Ahhhhh help! Addictive? I think I'm not the only one! Confess! 🤯
My uncle used to have really bad acne and he was told never to steam on the area it would make it worse. He ended up visiting family in Europe and one of his aunts took him to where she gets her haircut. They used steam on his face and the woman who worked there only extracted the really swollen acne with visible pustules.... within a couple weeks his face had cleared up! Now once a month he goes in and gets a facial with a steam treatment! He has no more acne whatsoever!
People watch a few videos and suddenly the are Dermatologists. That is cystic acne NOT a sebaceous cysts. Not really a cyst, doesn't have a sac. You need to study more and retake your boards. Unless you are not a physician, then you need to refrain from acting as if you know what you are talking about.

Antibiotics are OTC in Vietnam. This professional can advise the client as to what to ask for, and the pharmacist can also help.

The acne medication causes dry skin.
Maybe from over washing or applying otc acne treatment excessively? That would definitely dry the skin out without really helping the clogged pores.

They used steam on his face and the woman who worked there only extracted the really swollen acne with visible pustules.... within a couple weeks his face had cleared up! Now once a month he goes in and gets a facial with a steam treatment! He has no more acne whatsoever!

Иммунитет слабый, сразу образуются абсцессы. Кожа жирная, ни разу не обрабатывалась, не чистилась. Там надо часа три сидеть, чтобы выдавить все камедоны. Парню надо ходить регулярно на чистку лица, только не к таким так называемым косметолога, но, видимо, хорошие стоят дорого.

That is the largest earlobe abscess I ever seen, frankly the only earlobe abscess I have seen in over 20yrs of ER experience.
I had one just today, a small one though. I can't imagine letting it go to get this big, it looks so painful!
